You may have already done this but be sure to follow the startup order exactly as listed in the speed poker guide.

If the HUD still doesn't appear please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

cannot see what did I miss, created ticket

As of recently when I open task manager it says that "postgresql server" is using 100% of my disk and a lot of RAM. Below RAM it says 260mb/s even when I'm not even playing or doing anything in PT4, below disk tab it says 8MB/s. As a result of this my tables sometimes crash and/or the HUD wont show up when i play zoom. How can i fix this problem? I'm running pt on a laptop I bought last year for $1800, it's i7 and only 8gb ram and a ssd.

When I attempt to download your program through pokertracker.com, I get a malicious virus warning from my browser. It detects a Trojan in your exe file. I am currently running on a Mac. Please advice, thank you.

If you have no other infections on your computer most likely your security software is misidentifying the PokerTracker4 file/installer as a threat (what's known as a "false positive").

What you can do in a case like this is to set your anti-virus to manual then if/when it complains about a PokerTracker4 file tell it to "Ignore". Naturally you'd want to do that before downloading the PokerTracker4 installer again. Only do ignore for a PokerTracker 4 file, nothing else.

Incidentally always be sure to only download PokerTracker4 installer files from our site, not anywhere else. We thoroughly scan all our uploads before posting them.

I assume when you say a browser that it is an extension/addon of an antivirus that is detecting it. We do submit our files to the antivirus providers for clearance but after that, we have no control but generally, they resolve it on their end quickly so this should be only temporary.

Can you rename the default note colors in PT4? So instead of these below I can write "NIT" instead of "Red" for instance? Probably not but can't hurt to ask.



On a side note is there a way to quickly colorcode a villain (eg. to skip opening notes, then clicking on colors then selecting then saving)?

Not at this time. If you would like to be automatically notified if those two note features are added in a future update then you can open a Support Ticket and quote reference #5369.

Doesn't sound like something very complicated to implement (said from a programmers mind) yet I'm seeing posts from 2013 which are asking for the same thing.

Speed tables on iPoker - I'm noticing a pretty big discrepancy between impored hands on PT4 and hands saved on iPoker:





I'm missing 66 hands out of 365 played, so almost 18%.

Also I'm having trouble finding the stored hands (nothing in default Coral Poker folder, nothing in AppData/Local (no Coral folder there)).

And can't find "Update local information" under Settings-Cash game history on Coral client as suggested here: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...er-hand-errors

Please make sure not to close your tables too quickly as hands that you have fast folded will not write to disk until the hand is over so I recommend leaving the tables open for a few minutes after sitting out.

PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your "Processed" folder:

It appears that iPoker have removed that option as I am not seeing it in the Betfair client either. If you have any further trouble you can send us a hand history sample via our support system so we can investigate further for you.

I try to run my HUD for PokerKing (from WPN) and it doesn't work, although I did configure the client to save HH, and also configured manually the HH folder in the tracker.

I use the latest version (4.14.18)

It sounds like you might have already followed the instructions but if not please double check you have configured it correctly as per those instructions to verify the hands are showing up and the client is installed in English.

If the hand histories are showing up in the import folder but PT4 isn't importing them, please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

I'm having issues with my HUD not updating after each hand. Sometimes it will eventually catch up but other times I have to manually restart it.

Im playing on PartyPoker and my problem with PT4 is the following:

The hands start to register to PT4 only after a couple of hands of each session is played. This means that if I eg win a lot or lose a lot in my first couple of hands, the results do not show on my PT4 results.

I cant seem to find the hands that are missing, they are not visible in the PartyPoker folder either (as they apparently are not saved nowadays).

How to tackle this problem? Is there a way to get the hands tracked from the very first hand? Can I somehow still import the missing hands and from where?
