You should be able to see and use the support page without being logged in, but if you're having problems logging in please PM us with your information and a screenshot of what is causing the problem.

The problem you describe is probably caused by mismatched preferred seat settings. Please read the Preferred Seating Guide for information on how to set that up.
The easiest option is to configure PokerStars to 'always auto center me' and PT4 to auto center.

Bear in mind that if you have the memory grabber option turned on for PokerStars then the Hud will appear while you're waiting to post the blinds, but at that time (until your first played hand is imported) the Hud doesn't know you're at the table so won't rotate the stats to match your preferred seat.
This means that you need to wait until your first played hand has been imported before the Hud will rotate to the correct seats; if you make any manual adjustments before that time then it will be wrong afterwards.

Since updating to v4.14.17, PT4 crashes periodically (I have to manually close the process to exit) when running with 4 tables of FastForward (zoom) and one casual cash table on the Bwin skin of Party. Windows 8.1, also running Firefox, foobar2000 and Skype at the same time. 16GB RAM, DB is running off a normal hard drive, Intel i3-3110m processor (everything ran smoothly before updating).

I'm assuming this isn't a known issue? I'll enable logging on my next session unless I get told otherwise beforehand.

Happened again.

My pt4 on party is also constantly crashing.

I Have 3 open tables up, and every time I open pt4 it freezes and have to Ctrl/alt/del to close the program. Did this 10x in a row.

I'm also on win10 and the newest version of pt4.

How to make PT4 recognize Lotos Poker (888 network)?
Its somewhy mistakenly links it w/ another 888 skin - Pacific Poker.
I have a message in 888 import configuration (in PT4) "888 poker doesn`t appear to be installed" and when I click auto detect it says "unable to locate Pacific directories".

I can set the path to HH folder manually and HUD is working, but it doesn`t capture my position at the table.
And although I can use "preferred seat" option in PT4 there is no similar feature in Lotos Poker options .

It seems I can manually arrange HUD for some specific position at the table and then use "seat me here" in client everytime I appear in different seat at the table but its not convinient.

You can configure preferred seating on 888 as explained in this section of our 888 configuration guide. All 888 networks should have this option.

under the view stats tab, I'm looking at an overview of my results and it has the number of mtts I played correct but itm roi my bi, net bi, cashes, 1-3 place r all at zero?

What site do you play at? Not all sites provide tournament results information.

Your filter has "second preflop action raise", but it sounds like you actually want "second preflop action call"?

The filter for making a 3bet is also in the Preflop Raises section of Actions and Opportunities. If you want to filter for either of these situations together then you need to combine the filters using 'OR' - see this guide for more information on combining filters.

Is there an option to make minimizing the main window of PT4 NOT minimize your other popups within PT4, such as a HH or the HUD Profile Editor?

Also, I've noticed that custom stats upload with "show times/opportunities" set to false, I assume there's no workaround for this (?) but it's a bit frustrating to have to do it manually.

Unfortunately there is no such option that I'm aware of.

You can multi-select stats in the Hud Editor with ctrl+click and then change their show times/opportunities values all at once though.

The Winning network does not provide tournament summaries - hopefully someday in the near future they will start providing this information so that we can get proper results information for their tournaments.

If you create a new database and set it as active and default does PT4 start up properly connected to it?

I've been using PT4 for a couple of years and I've recently started using up the free 10 day trial for the Omaha version and it's great.....
not sure I'll be able to buy it straight after though so I'm wondering if I'll lose my Omaha database that I've started to build up if I don't buy it straight away ?

No, you won't lose anything that was imported during the trial - if you add omaha to your license later your omaha hands will still be there.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Something strange is going on in your system and we'll need more information to debug it further for you.

Are there any known issues/tips I should know about running PT4 on a 4k monitor? If I'm using a 125% DPI on Win10, will the HUD still run smooth? Does the client (PokerStars) has to be the same DPI as PT4? Because I know it's possible in compatibility settings to override programs to run at 100% DPI (Disable display scaling on high DPI settings) while system is 125% DPI.

We recently added DPI awareness to PT4 - so make sure you're running the latest version of PT4 and everything should work for you.

In Results, and Statistics, can I change the default of Most Recent 100 Hands to All Hands? It's annoying having to change it frequently when the db size isn't huge enough to need restriction.
