how the new PS/pt4 update works whit colored stats? i had some stats with 7 colors range, does pt4 just keeps 3 randomly? or what is the logic? (just keep 2 extrem and the middle color?)

My HUD 's are not in the right place , already tried setting anyway , auto center , place by place , save layout do not know what else to do , I wore holdem manager and worked good

Was a good boy and downloaded the most recent Pokertracker update. Why did it relocate all my HuD panels on PokerStars? I can deal with the removal of my colors in the HuD but I use a three panel HuD and it's very time consuming and annoying to set up.

Do I really have to move them all around again or can I revert back to my old settings somehow. What happens if I system restore my machine. Anyway to not have to put up with this on a Sunday?

PT4 uses the first two Color Ranges and the remaining stat values will use the default colour.

There are stats called "Check Raise Flop" and "Check Raise Turn". You can type in the Search field to help you find stats.

Even though, my HUD just never shows up there... What am i supposed to do? I've tried everything, reinstalled, changed folded, did everything and just can't get a HUD on 888, in all other sites i play (Pokerstars and Full Tilt Poker) it works fine

Since latest update HuD fails to "stop getting hands when I click to stop the import" it just stays in that mode. Only way out is manually going into the task manager and stopping the program all together.

We need more information from you both to figure out what is going on in your individual cases. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your logs we will be able to see exactly what is going on and give you the steps you need to get things working.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. This isn't a general problem so we will need to see your log file to see what is wrong for you. Please do report your problem before reverting. You can download the previous version by changing the the last digit in the download link, if you tell us in your ticket whether you're on Windows or Mac we'll be able to give you the direct link.

Hi,
Is it really true, that you cant show lifetimestats in Hero's hud, using PT4. When i click switch to lifetimestats nothing happens. The same thing in the replayer. Im really regretting buying pt4 if this happens to be true.
