thx
You can disable the HUD for you most easily by going into Hud -> Edit Hud Profiles and choosing your Hud profile, go to Table Groups, click on the group and in the top center section change it to Display for Everyone But Hero and then you won't see the display for yourself.

Thanks!!

Edit: need help for another stat: "ev chips/game"
The nuances of custom statistics are above and beyond what we can really get into in this thread. That said, you can see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PT3 but the techniques all apply to PT4, the interface is just slightly different. That should at least get you started.

Is this still the case? Sorry if it's already been answered.

I'm not aware of any general problems with PT4 on Windows 10 at this time.

I sent a crash report a couple of days ago on a minor error and haven't gotten a response (don't know what happens after we send crash reports tbh), I'm not sure if it's related to Windows 10 but it might be? The error is if I right-click the title bar in PT4 software it instantly crashes and the software has to be closed.

Other than that, I've used PT4 on Win10 since official release and not had any issues related to Win10.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I am seeing that too and I will make sure that the development team are aware.

Crash reports go directly to the development team for investigation and you often won't get a response directly, but they are very useful to us.

In this case please also open a Support Ticket about the issue so that we can send you a notification when the fix is released.

These are different stakes in PT4 and you can't link them together as such, but there are a couple of possibilities.
One is to change all the sessions of one stake into another stake using Database > Adjust Stakes. This would be a permanent change though, so I wouldn't recommend it (to separate them again you'd need to know which sessions were which and change them back again, or purge the stake and re-import the hands).
The alternative is to use a custom stat to group a report differently - for example there is a stat in the Download Warehouse called "BB Size" which will group hands by the size of the big blind, and ignore any stake differences such as speed or table size.

Hello,

I'm trying to display my evbb/100 for all my tournaments. I go to configure, statistics, all in adjusted equity /100, I put it in the results category, but I don't find it on the software when I click on results or statistics.

How to display it ?

Thanks

Right click the report you want to add it to and choose Configure Report. Search in the list on the left to find the stat (typing "adj" should be sufficient), then double click it to add it to the report you want.

It should be working with the latest release. Please make sure you have Enable Zoom Hud checked on Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars. If you have that checked and aren't seeing the Hud on cash game tables, enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4 and send us a report via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I ve been having some issues with my computer the past 10 days. After my computer told me that some windows file was corrupted, it wouldn't start, so I restored an earlier acronis backup.

Yesterday, i got a fatal error on my database. Something about not being able to open a pg_clog file. I tried reindexing, no dice. So I reimported the database backup I had made about a week ago but this also showed an error about not recognizing a UTF font or something. The really strange part was that my database used to be aroung 64GB, the one I just imported was only 32Gb.

I can try reimporting again, but googling sent me to a thread in which you advised to uninstall and reinstall postgresql. Would this also be your advise now?

And if I do so, if I want to save my postgresql settings, I need to back the postgresql.conf file correct?

Hey guys, I'm having an issue here. My notebook was with technical and arrived today. Also I just changed Windows 8 to Windows 10 too.

So I just opened my PT4 and was unable to connect my postgre, apparently. This is the message that appeared:

https://gyazo.com/92372051c0d27f6ede316e012f2f67db

I tried to connect, but nothing. A friend of mine said I have to download and install the postgre again and he recommended the 9.3 version. Is that right?

What can I do now please? Thank you very much!

If you are the thread I'm thinking of, we've already diagnosed your issue as hardware error. There is nothing we can do when your hard drive is not writing data properly. If that is not the thread I'm thinking of, please send us the error via our support system and we will troubleshoot further for you - errors like your are beyond the scope of our support in this thread.

That error is implying that PostgreSQL is no longer running on your system. Installing 9.3 will work, though depending on what the technician did with your data you may need to reimport your hands.

Hey there!

I have a pretty special case and I can't seem to solve it. I got one 120gb ssd with windows 7, pt4 etc. on it, another 120gb one with the postgresql data folder (redirected) to store the database and a 3rd normal HDD with plenty of free space. I just finished importing 90gb-s hand to my ssd and now when I try to cluster it I get this error message: https://monosnap.com/file/buINyDAWGt...seMP88Z6m8.png
So basically my temp folder gets too big for my ssd to handle. This is why I redirected the TEMP folders in the windows 7 enviroment variables menu to the HDD but even after a restart it doesn't seem to change anything at all. Anybody got any tip what to do here? I really need that cluster to speed up my hud, it worked before with a smaller database but now I'm stuck here :/
Thanks!

My friend has recently given me a computer that has previously had PT demo on it. When I try and use it along side my Pokerstars account it keeps bringing up his details. Will I have to wipe the whole PC to stop this from happening?

I want to use the PT trail as I have never used it

Are you sure that TEMP was changed correctly to the other drive?
You could try changing TMP there too as I think PostgreSQL may use that instead of TEMP.

If you can't get it working please open a Support Ticket and one of our support techs will work with you to resolve your issue.

If you have set up a new Windows user then PT4 shouldn't be using your friend's information, but will still have their old database(s). In this case, just create a new database using Database > Database Management.

If you're still using the same Windows user and you can run PT4 go to File > Open User Data Folder and close PT4 again. In the window that opened go up one level (to "Local").
Otherwise, open Windows Explorer and paste this in the address bar:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\

In the Explorer window rename the "PokerTracker 4" folder to "PokerTracker 4 OLD" (or anything you like).
This will reset your PokerTracker information, although any databases will still exist on the computer and the default one will probably still be used.

You won't be able to start the trial again on a computer where it's already been run, though. Please open a Support Ticket to discuss how we can give you a trial, and help you further setting things up if you're still having problems.

Did you reboot, or at least restart the PostgreSQL service for it to pick up the new paths?

If you're still having problems please open a Support Ticket where we'll be able to go into more detail with you than we can in this thread.

How does PT4 manage to import observed HHs?

I always just thought the observed HHs were being saved on my PC just like in games i play. Went to review some hands of a friend of mine that i was railing and couldnt find the HHs on my comp. which lead me to the above question.

Search the forums on PokerTracker.com - this is tricky but can be done with custom filter expressions in My Reports and this has been discussed a few times in our forums. If you can't find what you need please start a new thread there where we'll be able to go into more detail with you than we could in this thread.
