I purchased your product Sunday and soon after not being able to use it started a support ticket which you told me I could view and I am still unable to nor has anyone contacted me to resolve this issue. Your service is unbelievably poor ! I purchase a product for $159.99 and am still unable to use it or even have anyone contact me !

And this is what I get when I do what you say:
Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.
If no one wants to email me or call me and resolve this issue than please refund my money and I will just continue using HM2. The product may not be as good but at least I can get an email replied to in less than 36 hours. When you finally do reply on a forum not even support contacting what you tell me to do doesn't even work.
Please help me to resolve this issue in a timely manner (not another 3 days) or just refund my money.
