Is there anyway to change the font size for an entire HUD profile? As opposed to doing one at a time like I have done in the past .

control-A will select all in a panel. then control-click any un-changeable items to deselect them (I think "note editor" is the only one of this class)

I purchased PT4 11.5 hrs ago and tried numerous times to verify my email but never received an email. I filled out a support ticket (https://pt4.pokertracker.com/contact...cket_id=169897) but when I try to check the status it tells me I have to validate my email first. This is very frustrating. I was able to get PT4 to start importing my hands and after over 617,000 of 876,000 were imported it froze up and crashed. My coach talked me into moving from HM2 to PT4 but with the service so far I'm beginning to regret my decision. Could someone please help me.

I've recently won a satelite i bought in with fpps and won ticket to a tourney which i unregistred but poker tracker 4 doesn't put that into results?

PT4 has no way of knowing that you unregistered, so you'll need to enter the result manually via the Edit Tournament Results window.

Hello,

Using PT4 and trying to get a Raise First In % by position. I play both FR and 6max.

I understand that:

position=0 -> BTN
position=1 ->CO
position=8 -> BB
position=9 -> SB

What is not clear is what to use to specify EP and MP. Values are returned when using position=2,3,4,5,6 and position=7 appears to always be null.

I'm still experiencing poor-performance after the last two patches. Pokertracker freezes temporarily every time I open a report or replayer. I can't click buttons in the pokerstars client until it unfreezes.

You don't need specific stats for this - if you're using it in the Hud just add the normal raise first in stat and set the 'Position' property to EP or MP (or whatever), or in reports add it to a 'Group by Position' report.

The position values for EP and MP for different numbers of players are shown here.

Having big troubles today.

Hud isnt showing up even though PT4 icon appears at table.

When trying to spot getting hands, PT4 takes forever to spot importing.

Tried to update last version and couple of times told me couldnt write hud file. Then, restarteted computer and updated fine but the hud problem persists.

Help, please.

I purchased your product Sunday and soon after not being able to use it started a support ticket which you told me I could view and I am still unable to nor has anyone contacted me to resolve this issue. Your service is unbelievably poor ! I purchase a product for $159.99 and am still unable to use it or even have anyone contact me !

888 only allows Huds at Snap tournament tables, not Snap cash, and PT4 follows their rules.

I checked your ticket (#169897) and your activation code has been resent to your email address. If you are not receiving our messages and they are not in your spam folder then your email provider may be blocking them. Please make sure that support@pokertracker3.com is whitelisted.

I have also informed our account manager about your case and he says that ATT is notoriously bad for blocking emails so please PM us an alternative email address so that we can update your account and try to get your activation email to you.

Hi.
Upon opening PT4 I get the notification about travelling between timezones while using postgres. But when I open up that file in notepad it already shows "log_timezone = 'Europe/Amsterdam'" (minus the "")(and I am currently in Amsterdam, my pc is set to amsterdam time)

And when I play, pt4 still imports the hands but they do not show up immediately in "view today's hands".

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing an issue with Party hands being imported with incorrect times. It appears that the time is correct, but the timezone is incorrect (ie; 1pm CET when it is 1pm ET). I have installed the most recent version of PT4. PT4 appears to be offsetting the time between my timezone and CET (or whichever timezone Party hands are as a default).
