Where in PT4 i can find option for HUD font scale(like in HM)?
So i can resize tables without resizing HUD font

Go to Hud > Edit Hud Options > General Settings > Advanced and disable the 'Allow Vector Scaling' option.

I just finished importing a ton of hands from Merge and all of my MTTs show a buy-in of $0.00 + $0.00. Any reason for this? Do I have to re-import everything? If so, how? I also noticed the amount of tournament entries are all lower than they should be. Thanks.

Edit: It looks like it doesn't support any Merge MTTs.

how do i make pt4 (4.12.1) work on bcp and acr. i configed pt4 for wpn. and hit start getting hands and played for a while on bcp, but all i see is:

Winning Poker Network: Starting auto-import.
Winning Poker Network: Found 0 files to monitor.
Winning Poker Network: Stopping auto-import.

it doesn't seem to work on poker stars for play money either.

i asked acr, but support@truepoker.eu said: " ... Our software is not compatible with other programs, such as Holdem Manager or Poker Tracker. Our software provider does not allow the connection between both programs.

perhaps i am doing something wrong?

has anyone gotten this to work on any of these sites?

is it possible to make the active player on the report , the combination of all players in one stake?

I'm not sure if this has to do with importing, the whole gameplay is slower and laggy, but sure I'll post this there. Yes I'm using version 4.13 and I can't remember if Pokerstars was open when I updated. If it was, what should I do, and can it really cause this? Thanks for the quick reply.

Thank you for notifying us of this issue UnnaturalDisaster. Your discovery was correct, we found a problem with the equity calculations that were displayed in the Hand History Viewer thanks to your post. At the same time we found a problem that affects CAP hands when All-In Equity Enumeration precision that occurs during the import stage if it is set to ALWAYS, full enumeration was not completed. A fix will be included in our next release.

The support person's response should have said "Our software may be compatible with third party tools, please contact the third parties to discuss compatibility issues - Winning Poker Network does not provide help for these third party tools, all support must come from them." The support's intention was correct, the wording chosen for the email could accidentally make it seem as if PokerTracker and Holdem Manager are not permitted to be used on the network - when in reality our support of the network is permitted. We only support networks that allow and encourage our participation.

That is not possible. We have seen some players attempt to do this, but it will break the physics of PokerTracker 4 - you cannot have a player play against an aliased version of him or herself.

Yes, it can really cause that. PokerStars cannot be running while PokerTracker is updating. Please restart your computer, download the installer and run it again. The start PokerTracker 4, and once you see the first report open PokerStars.

If you have further problems with this issue, please create a support ticket so we can review your logs to determine if PT4 is part of the cause.

How can I group some players, to see in the holdem visualizer option?

Is the hud getting stuck after a few hands at 25nl zoom again or is it just my ****ty computer?

PS: You cannot alias players who have sat together at the same table. The Alias system is designed to group your own personal accounts across multiple sites, it is not possible to group players who have ever played with one another at any time.

I have no record of this still occuring, please visit our website, click support > Contact Us. We will need to review your pokertracker4.log and pokertrackerhud4.log files from a session where this problem occurred.

how do we say that the aggressor was allin? for example in this column

What do we need to add to say fold vs 3bet shove instead of any 3bet?

i was not turning on the save hand history. i will do that as soon as they tell me how.

Known Issues While Playing

There are some know issues while playing on the Winning Poker Network that all PokerTracker 4 users should be aware of:

A preferred seating option does not exist on the Winning Poker Network, in its place Winning has incorporated a "Sit Here" feature at each table. PokerTracker 4 cannot support "Sit Here" functionality because the player must be located in the same seat in all tables to allow the HUD to function correctly when an alternate seat is used. Due to this issue PokerTracker 4 users who play on the Winning Poker Network should remain in their assigned seats at each table to assure the HUD functions correctly.

seems they come down automagically into: C:\AmericasCardroom\profiles\20cards

it downloaded some hands!

i went to another table with a different stake and it downloaded the hand that i played. but it said i (20cards) was the winnner, but it also said: (did not show hand).

so this means that i need to go turn off my preferred seating at bcp and arc?

or can i turn on preferred seating in pt4 - maybe the doc is old?

i am i california, is there any site where i can play where i can pick my seat t where pt4 works?

Would it be possible to choose in the dropdown menu in a report that I have made a 'hand note' please? Like in the first image down under here, what I want is the first icon to be available in the dropdown menu of the second image.





Also, it would be awesome if it was possible to 'edit hand note' right in the HUD when playing like in the image down under, it's kinda annoying having PT4 window take up place on the screen and waiting for the hand to show up in the 'view todays hands' section, especially when playing fastfold games it would be so much easier to have this functionality in the HUD options. So as shown down under, we choose 'tag hand in progress', and an 'edit hand note' shortcut could display right underneath our tags (noteworthy and review in this image). Thoughts please?

how do i post a graph from pt4 onto 2+2?

The answer to the question is up to Apple, the operating system does not provide the same features that are available in the Windows copy and paste features. If a future OSX version is released that supports HTML & Text unified copy and paste, then we will certainly consider adding support.

Its very simple to set up.

• Define the system-wide preferred seat in your WON client
• match the preferred seat in the WPN Site Import Configuration settings in PT4
• Do not use the "Sit Me Here" option if is still available in WPN.
