You cannot cold call from the big blind. Use Call Preflop 2Bet. To assign position for a villain, you can use the Hand Details > Player Position > First Raiser filter.

Options > Convert. Conversion does not work in all situations, for example PokerTracker cannot convert a custom cash column to a custom tournament column. Conversion only works when there is a known equivalent tournament column provided by default. When conversion does not work, you will have to recode the custom stat for tournaments yourself.

1)Okay, but how do I know it's first raiser only with other guys calling or just the first raise without callers vs the position?

I also have in my hud the stat "Call vs CO" in BB. This stat counts the times a guy opened and I called in BB, or a guy open BTN calls, and I call !?

2)Also, In my HUD i want to filter for hands to appear with certain players. For example, I want to see stats where I played 3handed, i go to hud options and put "Min:1;Max3" and get 9k hands for the hud to read. Then I go 1 to 6, it appears 28k hands. I then filter for 4 to 6 players, and the hud still reads the same numbers as 4 to 6 whereas it should be 28k-9k !?

In order to remove the ICE Cyber Crime virus. I had to install and run Kaspersky, Avast, and Malwarebytes.

Now when I go to open PokerTracker4 it pops up "Unable to Start" "! A version of PokerTracker is already running"

I have never heard of this problem before. Our team may be able to help you restore your data and determine what happened, please visit our website and select Support > Contact Us to create a support ticket. I do not advise using PT4 until we respond, its best to have the files remain untouched until we can investigate.

Set a filter for the number of players who saw the flop = 2

Call vs CO counts all the times that a player called the Cutoff's 2Bet raise. You can then assign the position for that stat, so "Call vs CO" in BB measures all the times that this player called a 2Bet raise from the Cutof while that player was in the Big Blind. It does not measure if the pot is or is not eads up, it only measures if a call occurred between these two positions and nothing more. To understand the definition of any stat, select Configure > Statistics

Sounds like your not configuring the HUD Filters correctly. We do not know the size of your database or understand your data, and we have not seen your filters in place - therefore we cannot advise further unless you create a support ticket on our website and attach the logs from a session where HUD filters were enabled.

Restart your computer. If the problem remains, download the PokerTracker 4 installer and run it again while no other applications are active.

PS: Installing Kaspersky, Avast, AND Malwarebytes may conflict with one another and result in poor performance. We advise speaking with the support teams for these applications to get additional guidance. Can you choose fold to steal on the button/sb/bb with the position property then use the stat as table stat to see the average of fold to steal for the players on btn/sb/bb only? also how do i do this , do i just type 0,9,8 on the position property? or maybe it will just show you the average fold to steal of all players on the table from these positions? which is basically meaningless :P

Yes. The Fold SB & BB to Steal stat already exists in the PT4 default HUD Profile Preflop popup, you can use this as a guide. Mimic the settings here in a Table Group that is set to Table Averages.

I sent an email and opened a ticket 5 days ago now and yet to have a response. I play on WPN on the betcoin skin. I downloaded the trial version and it only worked on the cash games and didn't work on the WPN tournaments. The is a thread on your site with other people having this problem but no response from your site since last August other than your looking into it.
I was ready to buy your software but am very hesitant when I can't even get an e-mail responded to within five days. If PT4 is now working for the Betcoin skin I would still be very interested in purchasing your product but if no one can tell me I will upgrade my HEM1 to HEM2.
Please let me know something soon.

Typically we respond within 24-48 hours to all support tickets, in rare situations such as this where research is required it could take many days - or even weeks for a response depending on the content. Additional research needs to be made, but I believe this is an issue that WPN would need to solve. Our software support model supports the entire network for all networks that we develop for, not individual skins. If the skin's hand history lists the Hero name as deputydog01 but the table lists you as bc_deputydog01 then this is a skin issue they would need to rectify. We have sent a message to WPN so they are aware of the problem, and can provide guidance.

PS: In the future when you ask a question in this thread and you are referencing threads, posts, or support tickets it would be helpful if you please provide all links and ticket numbers so we have a reference to respond to. That saves us a lot of time, and helps us get the right answer for you. Thnx!

How can I have all the villains' main stats included in my Hand History graphics, at the top, where stack sizes are given? And how can I choose which ones to include? Sorry if this is obvious but I just couldn't find an answer to this despite searching the net for quite a long time.

i have pt4 version 11.11 for mac. play on carbon.

just had a tournament score that did not register. i waited until the end of the tournament, refreshed, and still nothing. when viewed under "statistics" it has the tournament name in white and just a zero.

help?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. Please be very specific when responding, and use the same report and/or window names in PT4 if possible so we can easily reproduce the same experience.
