Typically we respond within 24-48 hours to all support tickets, in rare situations such as this where research is required it could take many days - or even weeks for a response depending on the content. Additional research needs to be made, but I believe this is an issue that WPN would need to solve. Our software support model supports the entire network for all networks that we develop for, not individual skins. If the skin's hand history lists the Hero name as
deputydog01 but the table lists you as
bc_deputydog01 then this is a skin issue they would need to rectify. We have sent a message to WPN so they are aware of the problem, and can provide guidance.
PS: In the future when you ask a question in this thread and you are referencing threads, posts, or support tickets it would be helpful if you please provide all links and ticket numbers so we have a reference to respond to. That saves us a lot of time, and helps us get the right answer for you. Thnx!
