My Currency Won can never be removed, after all this graph is for displaying that stat. But you can right click in the graph, select Configure Graph, and change the thickness of each line displayed - a thickness of "0" will hide the graph line selected.

I recently added some custom stats to my pop-ups and I even created an additional pop-up as I had so many. So I had Tools, Preflop, Flop, Turn, River and Custom.

However, all the stats in Custom (apart from 1 row) load WAY slower. If I click on the pop-up for flop (or any of the default ones), the stats load instantly. However, my custom pop-up (excluding the top row of custom stats - no idea why this one works perfectly) don't load for at least a minute which obviously makes it a bit redundant.

I also have some custom stats in the default pop-ups, the majority of these load at the same pace as the default stats (so instantly) but a couple are just as slow as my custom pop-up. Any way to fix this issue?

Default stats and custom stats that use default columns are cached, custom stats that use custom database columns can not be cached. Think of the cache as a pre-calculated database of results, this helps PT4 pull up the stats very fast but when a stat is uncached it will be much slower because the stat needs to sum the total number of times & opportunities the action took place when the HUD popup is first opened. Excessive custom stats that use custom columns will result in poor performance, there is an art to balancing performance vs functionality so we suggest you slim down your custom stats to only what you really need, and also to review the custom stats to see if you can optimize the calculation formula.

PS: We have been looking into alternative ways to cache custom stats with custom columns for a long time, we used to be able to do this in PT3 but it is no longer possible due to changes in the database structure to improve database performance, stop database corruption & improve the speed of our default stats . Someday perhaps... its certainly something is on the top of our minds, and we will keep trying alternative ideas.

Your using the wrong stat. Please see oir last post so you know what stat you should be using, it is included in the same zip file from the download warehouse.

Hi there,

Is it possible to add a filter that shows my winrates from certain positions vs certain positions.

I know how to see my winrates by different position but I want to know how i am doing vs a given position.

I.e. BB winrates vs BTN opens with no small blind action

Would be really helpful if i could wrap my head around how to do this

Off the top of my head I think you can use this filter :

(Faced Steal Attempt In Big Blind (BB)) AND (Position of First Raiser Position of Selected Exactly 0) AND (Players Seeing Flop Between 2 and 2)

Prolly this is well known for everyone using Pt4, but i have this question, is there future in PT4 HUD where i can see how certain players are playing vs me specifically.

Is there a way to show a different HUD for hero than the rest of players?
I only want to have the basic stats on me VPIP PFR and BB

oh and also how do i get to see all the hands i played in a report vs a specific villian?

Create a new Table Group in the HUD Profile Editor. Now to the right of the name field you will see a drop down that says "everyone" - change this to Hero Only.

You cannot filter by villain in PT4, the database is not designed to do that because it would be very hard to accommodate multi-way pots and the database structure would have to be redesigned just for this function.

BUT there are ways to accomplish this, instead of filtering for an opponent change the Active Player in PokerTracker 4 to that opponent's name. Now you can add filters to only show situations where the HERO (which is you, thats why we said Active Player earlier in this post) is involved by being creative with positioning and situational filters. Another thing we advise is switching over to the Holdem Hand History Visualizer for this (if you are playing holdem) unless you wish to review by position.

Click My Reports, select New, and then click Next. Select Group by Blinds. You can now add any stats to this report to complete your research.

I am having these problems in the Hud:

1) Some villain's stats are currupt, difference between 'this session' and 'all time stat' are differente, and sometimes the current session has higher stats than all time stat. I've tried to set the tournament bb filters to zero and it didn't work.

2) I've a HUD for villains and a custome one for me. I don't know why, but when I put my mouse on some of my stats it just won't read, and read for example, the stat below!?

I've been really annoyed by this, especially the 1) as it has already made me lose some money because I read the stat incorrectly (i.e, seeing the guy active 3bing this session where he was not etc).

I really need to resolve those issues ASAP.

PokerTracker 4's filters are designed to filter for game or hand details, I'm afraid we do not have functionality for tournament bustout hands at this time - but it is on our list of things to look into. We do currently have a filter for all hands lost, but that is of course not the same.

You do have one option that is a slight inconvenience but it will work - double click on each tournament played then sort the hands in reverse to see the last hand played.

PS: The above answer primarily focuses on question #1, but question #2 should be addressed in the same format as #1. Based on what I already know about your PT4 setup there is a possibility you have malformed stats being used in your HUD design, the only way we will know for sure is by looking at your logs.

I had a fatal error and the next time I ran the program I had to enter details with my email address. The problem was resolved after updating the program. Was just wondering if the problem was never resolved if I would have been contacted or would I have had to go through the ticket process.

I've already read what I need to send and can you confirm this:

1) Enable log in PT4
2) Play a short session and send both the ptlog and the huglog
3) Attach a screenshot and explain what the problem is

Should I also send the HH? I don't think i can attach HH from a single session.. thanks
