i fixed it by unselecting 'hud stat values at time of hand' feature which i was able to use in previous versions ..

This usually means you have a malformed stat in your custom HUD. Revert to the defaults, or remove your custom stats to determine the problem. HUD Sats at the time of Hand is working correctly in this release.

PS: The other users were discussing the HUD in-game, not in the replayer.

Can anyone tell me how to completely refresh PT4 hand history. To start again, and remove any stats it has on me or any1 else?

You can easily do this by selecting Database > Database maintenance and then create a new database.

NJ Party Poker (borgata) HH question - are hands played using my iPad saved anywhere I can import them from? I downloaded trial today and the imported number of hh's from my desktop looked very light.

We suggest you ask Borgata support where you can download your hand history records while playing on the iPad, I do not know. I will ask Borgata management next time we speak with them, but we do not know at this time.

So this guys flat it (44+33)-100=23% right?

2 issues: For the winning network, when I filter for mtt results all tournaments have a value of zero. Therefore getting no results and only the # of tournaments played.

B.) I'm pretty sure stt is working fine in terms of correct $ results, however this data is also showing many games to be 0.00. For example it says I have only played 77 ($24.50) hyperturbos against one particular player when I know I have played atleast 140 games. Why is some of this data either missing or not being recognized for is correct value. Do rematches have anything to so with this.

If I understand correctly you are looking for an Attempt to Steal & Call 3Bet stat, and want to measure from the Button position.

To calculate this you need to also factor in the number of opportunities, therefore you would need a custom stat. The correct calculation is total opportunities - folds - raises = calls.

WPN does not provide tournament summaries therefore it is impossible for us to determine place, type of tournament, size of prize pool, rebuys, addon-s, etc. WPN is aware of this issue and has spoken with us about it numerous times - hopefully some day in the future they can provide a solution. Until then you must manually enter in all tournament results for MTTs.

We do have a database of all SNGs offered by Winning Poker, which means we can predict the necessary data that needs to be entered for SNGs thanks to our Tournament Detection engine, I think (but I am not 100% positive) that only PokerTracker has this ability at WPN.

Yes, rematches was a particularly tough problem for us for a little while before we had the database of all WPN SNG options, but we have solved this issue. We advise running Tournament Detection on all of your Winning Poker SNGs to re-detect them.

1. From the Results > Overview report click Edit Tournament Results.
2. Click Filters > Sites > and select Winning Poker Network. Now click Add to Filter. This will filter to show only WPN tournaments in the report at top.
3. Select Only Tournaments Needing Results. This will assure that you only perform detection on tournaments with problems. For this exercise I would advise including all tournaments, including MTTs so we did not add this to the filter - but normally i would advise against that... players with large WPN databases
4. Click Select All so we can perform the detection on all tournaments filtered.
5. Click Auto Detect. I recommend using the settings shown below. Normally I would protect filled table types, but we want to re-detect EVERYTHING. We should be able to detect all SNGs, and anything left undetected will be an MTT. Now click Detect to start the process, when it is finished you can click close - al of the tournaments will be updated.

I have a custom HUD for PT4 that I made and like. I also made some popups that I can't get working correctly. How do I get the regular built-in popups back so they are displaying in my custom HUD?

When I'm playing the new adrenaline rush game on FTP and running the HUD, I wanna filter out all other games (regular NL 6max), BUT at the same time I wanna play multiple stakes, and if the same player also play multiple stakes I want to combine those stats. Is this possible at the moment?

This is what I've ticked in the filters, I suspect that 'Stats from current Bet type only' means 'NL, PL' and so on, right? So that won't make a difference? Would it be much job having another filter for CAP/none CAP for you guys?

In the HUD Popup Edit switch to the default HUD design, and display any of the popups that you wish to use. Click the Disk icon next to the Delete button and select Export Group. Once the popup group is saved you can import it into any HUD Profile.

We cannot add a HUD in OS X because there is no way to determine which players are seated at the table until the end of the prior hand. We have asked PokerStars to add a seating position file similar to the ones found for 888 and OnGame's fast games, this is needed to add HUD support for OSX Zoom and Rush tables. I'm afraid its up to PokerStars at this stage, we have done all that we can do.

Current Bet Type is used to restrict to NL, PL, or FL games. I would advise unchecking the top option based on your requirements of multiple stakes.

We don't have plans to add a cap/no cap filter at this time, but if we someday redesign the HUD Filters from scratch then its something that will certainly be considered.

The reason I wanna have the first option ticked (and the reason why I asked for the above) is because some guys play both the adrenaline rush and the regular rush games, and if those stats gets mixed together the stats I use will be totally wrong because of the differences between a 10bb cap game and a 100bb normal game.

Fully understood, but a total redesign would be required to add this to the cache, not an easy thing to do. Sorry!

I have removed all the filters and I also restored to default but I still have the same problem. It was working fine until a few days ago and it just stopped, I don't think I changed anything. The HUD is still working but the results are not showing?

How do you run a report for all occurences of quads? I was able to get a report for all occurences of quads that i had but I want to see the hands where my opponent hits quads.

PokerTracker reports are designed to be generated for the results of the Active Player, but you can view what you are looking for by creating a custom report and then focusing just on the Quads hands. If you need to do any summation you can export this report to a .csv file and import it into a spreadsheet.

• Click My Reports, create a new Report grouped by Hands
• Add a filter for hands that you lost
• Sort the report to find all winning hands that are quads.

Alternatively you can do this using a Filter Expression, this is a very advanced tool found within the My Reports.

This is a cash game expression filter for any winning hand (including your own) that is Quads, to change this to a tournament filter replace "cash" with "tourney". Then add a normal filter for lost hand so you only see hands where you lost while facing quads.

I have another question regarding tournament stats. I play alot of freerolls and it doesn't show the amount I have made in $$ total on the graphs or my custom report from the freerolls as well as the buyin tournaments. I can see the total amount of chips won but I would like to track my profitability over time. How do I go about doing this?
