So there are no errors, and there is a 1/26 folder in the processed section, and it appears to have the HH's in it that were missing. However, the hands are still missing in the actual application.

I'm about to hop back on the table that wasn't working before and see if it will track.

Great News!!!! The table that was not tracking is now tracking and everything seems to be in order. Now if I can just figure out how to get the missed HH's loaded in, I'll be good to go.

Can HM2 and PT4 be run concurrently? There's some stats in both programs that I'd like to track in real time.

In PT4 select Play Poker, then click Get Hands from Disk. Surf to the folder (some people copy the hand histories to their desktops first to save time). If the hands do not import properly, you will need to send us the hands zipped up and attached to a Support Ticket so we can review - since we know it is Revolution, its possible that the hands were improperly written by the poker client, they are known to do that in very rare situations accidentally.

In the Merge poker client click Settings > Hand History Settings. Click Reset Defaults to be safe. See the folder listed under Current Location? This is the same path you need to assign in PokerTracker 4 under the Merge Network Hand History Directory Configuration, it is typically C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\CarbonPoker\histor y. To add this folder click ADD then surf to the history folder defined in your Merge Poker Client.

I checked our records but I found no mention of Winning Poker 6Max DONs not working. There was another user in this thread who asked the same question, we told him that we have no record of this issue as well. To help us please create a support ticket with a recently player Winning Poker 6Max DON that did not import correctly, we need to see your example to know if this is in fact a real problem or just an issue in your own computer.

I have Database 1 and 2 , when i look reports i would like use various database , is it possible?

This is how the HUD is supposed to work, we need the first hand to be imported to know where to place the HUD.


We do not have the ability for multiple databases to be displayed at the same time in reports. You can however export reports and then combine this data in a third party Spreadsheet application if you want to.

In a brief test today we found $5 DONs to be working, but $15 DONs were not. We are unsure why, but we are beginning to investigate. We need as many original hand histories over a wide range of buyin sizes to solve this issue for you, please find the original hand histories found in the Processed Files folder, then zip & attach them to a support ticket as previously requested. With your help, we may be able to solve this quickly.

Yes, but before (i dont know how , if it was a bug or not) it was working , i have my hud show only 1 second after the table opens , while playing the first hand , before my PT4 import it, i am speaking about Super speed tournaments here, it was REALLY important to me see the hud the first hand!

Then an update comes 3months ago and i have to wait pt4 import the first hand for the hud pops.

Any way to graph total won + rakeback/bonuses? I don't get actual rakeback, just bonuses in rewards programs, and would like to see an actual line on the graphs representing this. I'm assuming I'd have to enter the cash bonuses manually...?

PokerTracker is designed to track hands and sessions, it is not a bankroll tracker. You can track rakeback (if your site uses a method that is trackable) and we can also track PokerStars VPPs, but we cannot track single item entries like bonuses.

Bovada support. I get that you'll be limited in the execution by only having data on the current table, but other HUDs have now done it successfully, so you should follow suit as it's clear the technology is there.

You will not see Bovada support from us, to be clear our decision has nothing to do with technological issues.

So, if I choose a file and it has some that have already been loaded into poker tracker, and some that haven't, will poker track recognize the duplicates?

I believe this conversation accidentally confused Hyper Turbos with Zoom tournaments. The hand grabber has never worked on Zoom tables. At Zoom tables the hud will appear as soon as the first player is recognized at the table. The hand grabber does not work properly at Hyper Turbos because the tournament format is missing the data that we need to allow the HUD to display until after the first hand is played - there is nothing we can do to fix this without major changes made by PokerStars. I'm afraid there isn't anything that we can do.

We do not recommend doing this, that was bad advice given to you. We have made changes to the database structure since 4.09, you may cause database damage that we cannot fix if you revert to this earlier version. Additionally as explained above the hands have the potential to cause DB problems, and if that occurs your only path to fix the database would be to create a new one and start over again.

Thats our of our control, sorry... nothing we can do.

There is something wrong w the HUD at Rush Poker after I upgraded to the newest version that was rolled out today.

It can go from finding all players at the table like it's supposed to, then not finding the same player/or the players stats being shown in a different seat the very next hand/table at rush poker.

Please read the PokerStars Site Configuration guide sections on Zoom, follow the instructions when starting PokerTracker and PokerStars. Additionally I would like you to restart your computer, download the PokerTracker update again, disable all firewalls and antivirus tools then install the update one more time. Once this is done, start PT4 and follow the instructions in the Site Configuration Guide. Do not re-enable your Firewall or Antivirus tools until Zooom is confirmed to be working.
