Sounds like PokerTracker 4 does not have access to the Tournament Summaries. Please review this setup guide to make sure your Tournament Summaries are stored on your computer, and also to assure that PokerTracker 4 knows where this folder is located. https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...guration-guide

Next, click Edit Tournament Results and select the checkbox Only Tournaments Needing Results. Click Select All (or just the range you want to alter such as only SNG Hypers) and then click Auto Detect. We sugest you mimic the settings shown below, but change the area in the highlighted box to match your needs, then click Detect. This will perform an auto-detection on all of the tournaments selected, and PT4 will attempt to determine the finish position wherever possible. You may still need to do some manual entry with some of the tournaments, but this should address the majority.

Thanks. I didn't have the box ticked, so that should sort it from now on.

In regards to the old ones, when I tick the checkbox Only Tournaments Needing Results the list is empty. However as mentioned there are plenty that show final position 0.

This means we tagged the results as populated, but the finishes could not be determined. There are two ways to fix this:

Option 1) Request all of your past tournament summaries from PokerStars and then import them, we will automatically update the results if Update Finish & Amount Won is selected at Configure > Sites & Import Options > Tournaments, we also sugest checking Overwrite Data during the import (and then deselect it after import is complete).

Option 2) Find all of the tournaments with this issue manually using a Results > By Tournament report, and then right click to select Edit Tournament, this will allow you to manually edit that specific tournament. Next change your finishing positions manually (admittedly this is not easy to do after the event is finished).

lots of bugs still on MPN. During session usually 1-2 tables still wont show HUD (anon tables I think), some anonymous tables display all stats instead of session stats by default. Downloaded a custom HUD from your site, it has option ticket to show "everyone but hero" but still it will show for hero for some tables

follow up:

usually when I open a table that I dont play on, the HUD doesnt show up, but sometimes it does and when I later sit to that table it will display all time anon stats and not switch to table session it seems

Hey, is anyone having trouble with importing hands from microgaming? It seems to be importing ok until i check my results and they differ, sometimes quite significantly, from my account balance. I tried importing my hands in HEM and it is coming up with the same results...any ideas?

Is there a way to filter imported hands for display?
i know it's a bit strange as for my understanding this window is here to control the imported hands, but it's possible to filter marked hands, so my wish would be to filter hands "folded preflop", as I'm heavily relying on this window for hand-history during MTT-sessions, the problem is, that hands who are taking longer then the rest fall under the last hands which just where folded and you can hardly find them if you playing 10tables+, there are a lot of hands, and free pixels on screen are precious.

It's possible that it's already here, and I didn't found it, please help.
THe best solution for me would be a checkbox like in the image below:



ok screenshot is taken in the CG-window, but that shouldn't matter at all.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this is not a bug, it is the expected behavior now that Microgaming (MPN) has changed their table naming scheme late last week. MPN added new anonymous tables that do not have a unique table ID #, a unique number or some sort of identification is needed to determine the difference between two tables when using PokerTracker (or any other tracking tool for that matter). The screen capture below should show you an example of the types of Anonymous tables their change affects. Going forward we intend to block the HUD at these tables because they cannot be supported, that will be included in an upcoming release.

Our opinion - the release of table names without unique IDs was an error, perhaps if enough players complain then they will address this error... we sugest you contact your MPN skin to make them aware that unique table IDs are necessary for record keeping.

Microgaming (MPN) has a known issue where some hands do not appear in their handhistory.dat file, we do not know why this occurs. We sugest you contact your MPN skin with any evidence that you may have so they are aware, they need evidence that this occurs to be able to address it by their developers.

The Play Poker > View Today's Hands "live" report can only be filtered by Most Recent Hands and Marked Hands filter options, we intentionally did not incorporate the global filters on this report, it is not designed to be filtered, Today's Hands only exists to be a running in-game list. You can however use any other report in combination with a TODAY date simple filter to recreate what you are trying to accomplish, albeit you will need to click Refresh occasionally. Have you tried using My Reports? This could be exactly what you are looking for.

We have a new release about to come out which improves Zoom opponent detection, we have learned that this only affects a few customers, most will not see this issue. Let us know if the new release (expected today) does not address this for you.

Just got PT4- is there any reason my zoom hands are importing but not showing up in the results. I've messed around with site config and tried a bunch of other things but the only hands that are available in the results tab are non-zoom hands. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like "user error", you may have a filter applied. If you contact us via a support ticket, and attach a screen capture, it will be much easier for us to figure out what your doing which may be causing this issue.

Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

See the text on the bottom of the report that says "Remove all filters and return to root"? If so, click that link, you may be drilled into a report which keeps you from viewing the Zoom hands that have been imported. This is the most common user error we see which may cause this problem, but there are others - hence a screen shot would be most helpful.

When go look my sng results on pt4 I see my total ROI but I would like to see my av.ROI too (just like on sharkscope). is it available on pt4?

Hello. Thinking about switching to PT4 and have a question. Is it possible to create and display custom stats in HUD in PT4. For example "delayed cbet", "c/f turn vs delayed cbet" . Ideally I want to be able to display frequencies from different lines such as "c/c flop, c/c turn, bet river" etc.

I'm looking for a stat that is "4b+ preflop after raising" without the + sign. I can't find it, and I'm wondering if there is an easy workaround for this.

I also want a Call 3b% that only factors in when I'm raising and not when anyone else is raising. Actually I just want a bunch of stats where it only counts when I PFR.

Really? This is now happening every single session and i am pretty sure it never used to happen when i had HEM. I only just got PT4 in the last two weeks and it really doesn't seem to be able to cope with the MPN.

On a side note, when i go to review hands it sometimes doesn't show me my hands once i click on a session. I sometimes have to go through "by position" any idea why this is?

PT 4.07.4 (Mac) bug:



If you select a report row, then switch row by using the keyboad to navigate as opposed to the mouse: the graphs/data will update but the selected row will not.

The first half of the vid shows the correct behaviour using the mouse - row selection, highlight & graph update. After this you will notice the graph continue to update as I navigate the rows with the arrow keys, but the selected row does not update.

I sent this request to our custom stat developer, we are working on it - but it will only be available in a few select reports due to grouping requirements. Hope to have more details soon.
