I have been running PT4 for a few months now, all of a sudden My HUD does not show up on the table anymore and half of my hands are not recorded. Half of my hands are and the other half get an error.

Error: Merge: Unable to import hand (#67310819-210). Reason: Unable to execute query: EXECUTE cash_cache_insert(8,1,1,2,0,false,false,false,2013 09,17.00000000000000000000,7.80,7.8000000000,17.00 000000..... and a **** ton more of zeros. then at the very end it says error FATAL or something like that I wish I could have copied it but I closed PT4 because it crashed and Idk how I found this.

Is this a known issue or what can I do to get my HUD back on and my hands logged in? after every session where I play in the dark (no HUD) I have to import my hands from a directory. I used to be able to just click "get hands while playing" but then the issue I mentioned in the previous paragraphs occur.

Do you have an open support ticket about this? This isn't normal behaviour and if you open a Support Ticket and report your problem we will work with you to find out why this is happening and resolve it.

Please go to Database > Database Management and click Rebuild Cache and that should get things working again for you. If you have a large database this will take some time so please schedule it when you're not using PT4 for a while.

Is there any ways to group statistics by number of players?

If not it would be a great addition. Im talking View stats -> T -> Statistics -> group by -> "number of players"

So i can see how im doing 3 handed in a 6max SNG for example

You can create a custom "My Report" for this, select Player Report then select Players per Hand.

Was wondering about chip graphs and stat. This is from hu hyper turbos (500start stack) where i won 82 and lost 81 so shouldnt my chips be +500?

Zoom into the end of the graph, sometimes there is a side effect of our graphing tools which hide the final 1-2 hands, this could be the cause of your graph oddity. Another way to look at it is to count back from the number of hands in the last tournament played, and then see if the numbers match. If they do not match, then it is likely that a few hands were not imported, a way to check this would be to create a new database and then re-import those hands from the Processed Files folder... look at the Import Status window to see if there were any errors logged.

How do I check my stats by position with or without antes for tournaments and (vs given pre flop raise size) (and action)? Also how do I check them in general?

Let's say someone min raise, there is a caller and I'm on BB and call. Or Someone 3x pre flop with antes and I'm on SB and call.

Change the Active Player to see all hands that you played vs that opponent from their POV, but you will remain the hero - not the active player.

In the PT4 HUD does it show VPIP/PFR/3Bet/AF/UOPFR/FOLD3BET/FLOPCB/TURNCB/C-R? And stack size in bbs? And what about VPIP/PFR/3BET according to the specific position rather than the average of all positions played?

Question about the stat that shows BB of the stacks in real time.

For me it stopped working yesterday or the day before. Is this a known issue with the recent update? Right now it just displays a bar -.

It used to work but I have been messing around with the HUD a bit. If this is not due to updates, is it possible that I somehow disabled this? All other HUD stats are working normally and updating in real time. This is on revolution network.

Mr.Position the hud can show all that you listed and many more, it`s highly customizable.

We removed this type of stat in PT4 because facing a 2bet on the flop and a 2bet on the river are so radically different, and we wanted to discourage confusion - lumping these fold types together could be considered irresponsible on our part, I feel it was the right decision. But if you really want this, all you need to do is create a custom stat that would add up all of the 2bet, 3bet and 4bet columns... we can teach you how to do that on our forums if you need help, but we can't see the value of adding this to our download warehouse to share with others - unless of course you provide a convincing argument for its use, then we will gladly change our POV and create the stat for you so it could be shared.

Stats by Position: Click View Stats > Statistics > Overview Report. Click By Position in the bottom right hand side.

With or without Ante: Click More Filters... > Game Details >
Tournament Blinds & Antes. Turn the Ante filter on or off, and select an option.

The other items you wish to filter for are also available in the filters, and usually found under the Actions & Opportunities filters.

Preflop raise size: Preflop Actions Encountered with Sizes or Preflop Bet Sizing (depending if you are looking at what you faced or what your sizing was)

Action: This could be any of the filter subsections in Actions & Opportunities. You have actions you took, or opportunities to take actions could be used for when you faced an action (you had the opportunity to 4bet when you faced a 3bet)

Another possibility is to use the My Reports feature in PokerTracker 4, this allows you to create a By Position report, and then save a custom filter with the report so you only need to look in one location to review each scenario, you won't need to recreate the filter each time. Another choice is to save your filters as quick filters... basically PT4 is SUPER flexible, you get to chose your own workflow for post game review!

Revolution released a new poker client update yesterday, we just finished testing and I can confirm that live BB calculation is working. Can you please restart your computer and test at a Revolution table once again? Try changing HUD profiles to one of our built un defaults that are unedited, did that solve your issue?
