I got PT4 (v4.05.5 beta) today and have two problems:

1) 90man KO on FTP are not tracked right. For example the $13.50 one which are $10 (buy in) + $2 (Bounty) + $1 (rake) are tracked as $12 +$2 + $1.

2) One final tables the HUD boxes dont disappear for players who busted.

Edit: On Demand Rush MTTs get tracked as MTT turbos and one got tracked as a MTT turbo rebuy which one add on taken....

Tournaments require a lot of hand holding from PokerTracker 4 to make sure we get all of the relevant data needed into your database in addition to your e hands (which are quite easy to track). Full Tilt made enough changes to their tournament structures and formats that requires to run back and log all of these changes, then release updates as this new information becomes available. If you create a support ticket with the hand history and summary along with a description of the problem then we can surly address this for you ASAP. In the meantime I recommend manually editing the tournament results to make sure your data is correct (but we still need to see the hand histories to make sure the tournament data is entered!).

I'm completely aware of what each stat in my HUD represents and I also designed popups for most of them to show additional info.

So, let's say I have 2k hands on a player who 3bets me. I see in my HUD that he 3bets 8% and I click on stat to see positional brakedown. At the same time tooltip appears over my popup to show me this player's name, which stat it is, that he 3bet 62 out of 719 times and that he did it 1/4 times Useless, distracting and annoying.

However, I admit it could be usefull for stats that I don't have popups for and for a small samples.

Overall, I believe there should be an option to turn them on/off.

Superturbos weren't expected on FT? Weren't they the first site to have them?

Anyway, I don't know if this has been mentioned, but are there plans to record tournaments less than 1 minute accurately? For us hyper/superturbo players, we have many games that last less than 1 minute but pokertracker rounds them all up to 1 minute, so time played isn't actually accurate. I find it's about 15% - 20% off when I 1 table.

I'm looking to purchase PT4, i currently have PT3 small stakes hold em and omaha, i was expecting a discount of 70% when purchasing, this hasnt been applied (I signed in to make the purchase), so i didnt proceed with order.

Any help with this?

Also, what tournaments and cash stakes can i play with PT4 small stakes?

I got PT4 and since i updated to 4.05.4 beta, i'm getting this error everytime im importing hands while playing:

but after the session i can import hands from disk and i get only 3 or 4 of errors.

This kind of error generally requires a cache rebuild to fix. To rebuild your cache, click Database --> Database Management from the menu bar and then click Housekeeping --> Rebuild Cache. Depending on your database this can potentially take a considerable amount of time, but once it's done you should be all set.

PokerTracker works by parsing hand history text, parsing requires advance knowledge of how the hand history is formated.. we did not expect changes there.

Your explanation seems accurate to me, if a tournament is less than one minute, and we record time in 1 minute intervals, then how would you propose we record the length of the tournament? I cannot think of a better solution, but if you have a suggestion, we will be happy to listen.

Please update to the latest version of PokerTracker 4 BETA, and follow the exact procedures in the FTP Configuration Guide. The issue is in the way you are setting up FTP, and possibly the order in which you are opening the tables (needs to be PT4, FTP, Log In, Start Auto-Import, Open Tables the best RUSH performance)

It's happened a couple of times now, my HUD vanishes on the FT of Fulltilt MTTs, but it seems fine at all other times.

The final table doesn't show up in the active tables.

They should have a special discount for 2p2 members....like 25% off or something...wtf

Grab the table, and "shake" it. When this happens, this usually means that the HUD has lost it's Z-Axis positioning, shaking the table will allow PT4 to discover the proper positioning again.

As for the final table, that is really odd. When this happens again we need to see you PT4 logs so we can determine why that is happening to you. Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

Can't open the NoteTracker tutorial or any other one from 11/7/12. Was able to open them yesterday. Wats up?

Tutorials are flash videos, sounds like a Flash issue... have you restarted your computer during that time frame? Our server was working as expected, nothing wrong over here.

FullTilts $5 superturbos import correctly.
$10 doesn't, because Super Turbos are named "Sup Turbos" in these.
So if you replace all "Sup Turbo" texts to "Super Turbo" in these files(hand history + summary) they import fine. I also changed "Sup Turbo" text in file names, don't know if that is necessary.

Is this known issue to developers? It is quite a job to do all this manually.

First I have heard of this, I will pass along to our developers to make sure they are aware. Can you please send us a sample hand history for verification? We need that to get the job done for you. Once we have this change added, you can manually run Auto Detection on all of the FTP tournaments that are not up to date to get the summaries properly imported.

any zoom hud bugs reported lately? everything was working flawless,now i ve been getting no stats for some players (not unknowns), sometimes even whole tables since last 2 betas

What does the stat "All-In Equity Adjusted BB" mean. I played 8k hands of zoom so far and it show -840...does this mean I'm running 8 buy ins below all-in EV? Certainly feels like it cause I do run like **** but just want confirmation on that..lol

We are currently at 4.05.05, you should be geting messages to update every time you start PokerTracker 4 if you have the beta installed if you are running an old beta like 4.05.3.

The Zoom issue you describe can be solved by following the Zoom instructions here, you must follow this order for the Zoom HUD to work as expected: PT4, PokerStars, Start Auto-Import, Open Zoom Table.

Click Configure - Statistics to get the definition for All-In Equity Adjusted BB. This is basically the total winnings, adjusted by the equity the player has in the hand when they went all in. It does not correlate to buyins, but you can certainly do this correlation on your own. In prior versions of PokerTracker this would have been called All-In EV, but that was a poor name therefore we revised it to more accurately represent what the stat does.

Number of big blinds won when adjusting all-in pots. In those pots instead of attributing real results, this statistic attributes to the player the equity they had in the pot at the time of the all in. Pots where players call the all-in bet or raise but later fold (hence their cards are not known) are not adjusted.

Formula: Amount Won in BBs Adjusted by All-In Equity

Keep in mind that All-In Equity Adjusted Winnings can have a biased introduced if you are not playing in heads up pots, making this a less than optimally accurate stat - but it is still a good guide to go by in some situations (especially if you are a short stack HU player).
