This is on our to-do list, but it is going to take some time I'm afraid. Right now the player pools are small, hopefully once this feature is no longer in beta the player pools will increase.

The feature itself is really awesome, but sometimes the searching through options is taking more time than I want, especially when playing more tables.
We wanted to could include keyboard shortcuts in PT4 for in-game use, but we cannot due to conflicts between the 19 different networks we support for live importing with a HUD. This is the downside of supporting so many networks, we are hopeful that third party developers will someday create tools to fill in this missing middle ground. Notice that all of the third party keyboard shortcut tools available on the market today only work with one site at a time, this is due to the same issues that we found.
On the bright side we included numerous keyboard shortcuts within the PT4 application itself that we have confirmed will not conflict with your in-game experience. For example you can use Control-A to select all hands in a report, use the forward and backwards keys to move between steps in a hand, or use the control key along with the forwards and backwards arrows to move between hands in the replayer.

HU Hypers on which site? We support 19 live networks, and more which are antiquated making a total of 26 as of this week (we just added Barriere Poker). When the HUD for a tournament format goes down we need to know
1) What network the tournament takes place on
2) Copies of the hand histories to see if we can duplicate the problem (sent via a support ticket)
