I am having troubles installing the new version. It is not detecting the new database or something like that. Is there anywhere where I could find older versions? I had a version from like 3 years ago and it worked perfectly.

Is there a way to make PT4 show Alias stats (combined stats of all screennames under a certain alias) on the HUD?

Thanks for the quick answer. I know how to create an alias in PT4. What I ask is (and I couldn't find that on the link or somewhere else), let's say we have screennames of Jack (800 hands) and Joe (700 hands) under an alias. It's possible that when my real time HUD is running and Joe is at my table, that I see 1.500 hands (combined total data of both screennames of same player) in the HUD.

That's exactly what creating an alias does.

By the way, I have a problem with my HUD. When railing a table, everything is smooth. Hands are being imported, positions of the HUDs are all correct etc. But when I join a table, not only my HUD (Hero's HUD) doesn't appear, all positions are mess and on top of that no new hands are being imported on that table. Any common reason for this?

I'm getting this error message:

Error: xxx site: Too many hole cards (5) for player xxx (Hand #xxx)

It may be something about PLO5 but when I'm an observer, there are no problems catching and importing PLO5 hands. Only when sitting on a table.

The only known issue is the HUD isn't working on Go Fast tables on macOS and a fix for that is being worked on. If your hands are not importing then you may need to re-detect the Winamax hand history folder via 'Configure > Sites & Import Options > Winamax > Auto Detect' . If that's not your problem then enable logging in PokerTracker 4, reproduce your issue and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with your hand history files and a screenshot of your table(s):

On what site? For example on PokerStars some observed hands can import without prior configuraion but for things to work when you are playing then things must be setup correctly:

PokerTracker 4 doesn't support PLO5. If you want to follow up on this you can attach your examples to a Support Ticket.

There isn't an "easy fix" as 5 card PLO isn't currently supported by PokerTracker 4. If these hands are being imported then they are likely importing as 4 card PLO which would be putting incorrect data in the database. We can possibly block the import of these hands if you attach a hand history sample to a Support Ticket.

How come no problems with hands that I'm observing, then?

I cannot say why one set of hands import and the other doesn't as PokerTracker 4 does not support 5 card PLO. The hands that are importing will not be importing as 5 card PLO hands and that is a problem as it would be putting bad data in the database and if you attach a sample of these hands to a Support Ticket we can possibly block the import of these hands. PokerTracker 4 will not be modified to import the other hands until if/when full 5 card PLO support is added.

This is happening to me since i updated the database as it was mandatory to update to use this new version.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. currently...my PT4 is not picking up any ignition MTT hands. i'm aware ignition was having software issues yesterday and may have run an update. is anyone else having an issue? any help would be appreciated

New to PT4 - is there an easy way to accurately capture tournament results on ACR? How about PKO bounties? Trying to avoid going in and manually editing every tournament. Thanks.

Unfortunately the Winning Poker Network (WPN) of which ACR is a member of do not always include detailed tournament summary information in their files so in those cases information will need to be manually updated. We have been in contact with WPN/ACR about adding the extra required information but I don't know if/when they will be making any changes. If the necessary information is included in the files provided by your poker site or if you are not sure then feel free to attach your examples to a Support Ticket.

For calling river bets and raises, what filter do I apply to check my winnings/losses?

There are filters for calling river bets and raises via 'Actions & Opportunities -> River -> River Calls'.
