Yeah, I accidentally backed up my database before doing the update which is why it took so long. The actual update itself was ~15 minutes.

HUD not working again on Party MTT tables after their update. Have the Alpha version of PT4 running.

Edit: HUD not working only on 6max MTT tables. 9max MTT's HUD is fine

This Partypoker update appears to have changed some table details to what they were before so please re-install v4.15.6 back over the alpha version.

I can not get PT4 to work for importing live hands on ignition for me, any tips? Just updated for first time in forever, I was just use to downloading hands and importing them with card converter for the longest.

The Ignition Hand Grabber is currently not working after an Ignition software update. If you want to be contacted when the fix has been released then you can open a Support Ticket. Also please note that only regular cash games are supported in the Ignition Hand Grabber Beta at this time so if you are playing Zone games or tournaments then support for those gametypes is to follow in a later version.

Hi, i think i find a clear bug in multiway pots,

For exemple in tournament that hand show hero -20.4 all-in adj bb,

When it should be clearly positive, as when hero went allin (preflop) he had 47% equity in the main pot of 64.45bb
So it should be +30.2 , not -20.4

In a hand like this where there was further action on another street after an all-in then PokerTracker 4 does not calculate adjusted equity as it introduces a bias in the results. Therefore for this hand the net adjusted result just matches the actual result (so that the net adjusted graph follows your actual results - it only diverges when all-in equity is calculated).

I had a problem while playing on Party yesterday.

I was only playing one table when black patches started appearing on the table. I don't know if it was to do with the Party client or PT4, but either way I closed the table and then opened it again, and after that no hands were imported. On a break I closed everything, followed the link to re-install v4.15.6, and restarted, but there were still no hands importing.

Eventually I got moved to a different table and it started working again.

Any idea what could have caused this, or what I should do if it happens again?

Is this gonna be fixed soon? Pretty much the last thing needed for NC to be usable in PT4.

Really weird problem with Pokerstars hands - my results show up as exactly the opposite. IE I just sat in, raised and folded to a 3bet, and the graph for today shows me winning the amount that I lost.

Its the same for .EU and .ES.

If you have the hand history files for the hands that didn't import please send them to us in a Support Ticket. If the tables are going black only when PokerTracker 4 is being used then please report this to us with your log file:

There is a known issue with retrieving exchange rates for some sessions so go to 'Database -> Currency' and see if any of your sessions have an exchange rate of -1. If you do then select those sessions and click the 'Set Rates' button and this will try to fetch the correct exchange rates again. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL (Command key on Mac) and selecting. If you want to be notified when a fix is available for this issue then please open a Support Ticket.

Hi guys , can someone help me with this i tryed also with std hud is not work , from suport pt4 they tell me to try with trial version also not work. There we can see numbers on SNG table but can't see in MTT table. Someone knows the solution to the problem ?

ok i will reinstall the previous version of PT4 and let you know how will work...

Also i find that PT4 is lagging a lot lately what can be the problem (it might be from the alpha udate)?
While playing MTTs i am using pt4 + party caption for 12 tables tile mix .es .com party. Ifind that PT4 is lagging in importing hands and hud popouts (especially for party) a lot lately and i dont even have big database ~9giga.
I use dell laptop i7 4500 CPU @1.80GHz 2.40GHz connected to 16GB ram + SSD and conect that to 32" monitor => so idk is the problem with PC, or PT4, or net


i have one more question about PT4 licence
I want to buy new laptop (upgrade procesor etc) but i want to use same SSD drive from my current laptop... will my licence be valid and if not how can i make valid???

I just downloaded PT4..had HM2
using 3 sites, ACR and BOL work fine...
Carbon will not show HUD but it did download my old data base and lets me see it in the view stats tab... just nothing live

I tried importing hands and usinbg the auto detect button bc there is no folder in the directories configuration box...I get he message no merge skins were detected on this computer????

Also then tried looking for the HH file but cant find it specifically

any help?

We have a guide for getting things setup with Carbon (Merge Network) here. If PokerTracker 4 isn't detecting your Merge install you can use the 'Add' button to manually select the Merge hand history folder but if that doesn't get things going please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to is in a Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you. How do I make a RFI (Raise first in) stat for each position in my hud?

Also it'll be for 6mx cash so how are the positions worked on this? is it:

UTG
MP
CO
BU
SB

or is it
MP
LJ
CO
BU
SB

If you want that information in a HUD stat you can specify the position via the 'Item Properties' tab at the top right of the HUD Profile Editor window. Select the stat you want to configure and scroll down to where it says 'Position'. RFI by position is also available in the default 'Tools' popup or you can create your own positional popup.

Recently joined Bodog and already have PT4. To my understanding Bodog is the same as Ignition. Can you please explain to me how to import my downloaded hands into PT4 so that PT4 will show me graphs and stats in the PT4 program?
