Did you have any filters set in the custom report? Can you reproduce this every time?

Unfortunately not. We're pushing it back another two weeks, but the wait will be worth it... we have something very exciting going on.

1. Alright I'm playing 4 tables and observing 14 on ftp atm. I'm autoimporting. My import statistics are: Hands: 1,400 Errors: 0 Duplicates: 1,055. My question is what exactly does the duplicates mean?

2. Is there a way to see the total amount of hand histories I have in my database?

3. Will there be an option/configuration to combine rakeback into hourly rate? If not, I would like to see this implemented.
1. If you don't have PT3 moving your processed hand history files, then it has to re-import them each time auto-import starts.

2. Not yet.

3. This is something we want to do.

Yes, there will. You can make your own right now by using the custom reports.

when I use manual import -> import from directory, PT3 doesn't move the processed files and I have to move them manually every time after a manual import

That's correct. Manual import doesn't move the files since it is meant to only be used for occasional bulk imports. Auto-import moves the processed files.

When is it crashing? Are you doing anything that seems to be causing the crash? What are your computer specs?

I'll do one better. I'll link you to the documentation we have on the custom reports:

It starts to load up, the showdown hands feature kicks in before anything else, and then right after I get stats on the first table my computer freezes up for a minute or two. Then I get a box saying that Pokertracker has experienced a problem and needs to shut down.

Currently using PT2 and Realtime and having no problems. Computer specs are 250GB hd, 1024 MB DDR2. Not the best but should be enough for PT3 I would think.

Going to try it again on one table and will report back shortly.

I searched but didn't find how to do what I want.
I want to analyse the SB when everybody folded preflop.
I want to find the % he raises vs the BB.
Is it possible ?

Oh ok. I do ~50k hand bulk imports on a daily basis so I wouldn't mind the option to move them too, but I suppose I'm in a minority here, heh. HUD lookin' good so far, by the way, eagerly waiting for the next beta!

It worked fine on one table, but once I use it on multiple stacked tables it collapses on me and closes the program. Any suggestions?

Are you using PT2 and Realtime at the same time you are using PT3? If so, try running just PT3 by itself.

What exactly do you mean by it collapses on you? Is there a certain number of tables required for the crash, or is two tables enough to cause it?

In the Filters, go to the Actions tab, check the "Chance to Steal, Raised" item. and click the Add Selected to Filters button. Next, go to the General tab and set the Position Off the Button item to Exactly 9. Add Selected to Filters. Now, when you apply this filter, it will show all hands that you were in the SB and raised as a steal.

Also fwiw it is definitely the HUD that is causing the program to crash.

I can auto-import with no problems while using Realtime HUD.

It has crashed for me a few times while playing 6 tables of 9max sng on FTP. I just start up PT3 again. It has never crashed playing 1 table HU sngs.

It freezes for a minute and then a box comes up saying that PT3 has to close.

I don't know how many tables requires the crash, but I think it's only a couple (2-4). The reason I don't know is because I fire tables up (stacked) but the HUD doesn't load on them until a hand has been played.

I played for ~1/2 hour earlier with just one table while I configured the HUD (but forgot to save my layout DOH!) and I didn't have any problems at all.

To answer your earlier question, the problems occur while I'm running PT3 by itself with no other programs.

***I think I may have found the problem. Will report back soon but had it working.***

No, there are no filters set. I can reproduce it. I'll send you the steps I take on PT3 support.

Thanks for asking!

I think it helped when I went into the PokerStars Configuration menu and at the bottom I changed Databases from [Default Database] to the name of the database in use. Of course, I'm not sure how this all works so maybe that is just a coincidence?

Either way the HUD seems to be working okay now but I haven't had a chance to give it the real test run yet. But at least it's not crashing.

I'm extremely impressed by the look and feel of PT3. It's much better than I expected it to be.

One other item I might be concerned about is that is seems like the HUD steals focus quite a bit. Of course it needs to do so at the beginning when it loads, but I think it might be doing so at other times also? Is there any way to minimize this?

fwiw I'm pretty sure I have the only database in use set as default atm so I'm not sure if that menu thing should have read it as such or not.

Everytime the hands get shown down it steals my focus away.

It crashed on me again also.

I don't think changing that value would make any difference. PT3 isn't even using it yet. I think something else was causing your crashes. Please let me know if you remember anything else changing.

As for the stealing focus problem, that's been resolved for the next release.

Yes, EV graphs and information is planned. I can't say for sure when it will be available. We'd like it to be in there before commercial release, but it may be pushed back slightly.
