i apologize if this question has been answered. There are some mtt tournaments that have been imported into my stats that have incorrect buy-in amounts. There is one tournament for a 6-max rebuy that says cost $4400 to buy in. This is obviously wrong. Is there anyway to delete these tournaments manually?

Rather than delete the tournament, you should update the buyin so it represents the correct amount. In the menu click Tournaments and then select either Enter Holdem Results or Enter Omaha Results.

If you upgrade to PokerTracker 4, there will be even fewer missed tournament results... tis is because we no longer add new features to PokerTracker 3, all of our development has moved to PokerTracker 4. We have greatly improved our tournament detection system in PT4, any new tournament types can no longer be added to PokerTracker 3 because we stopped adding features to PT3. Therefore we encourage all PT3 users to upgrade to assure they continue to get the level of support they expect and deserve.

hey. got 2 questions.

How can I filter for 180mans? The sng filter does not work.
I want to delete a couple ante up mtts from my database because it messes up my bb/hands graph, any suggestion how to do that?

Click Filters - Tournaments. Select a table type of 180 Man, assuming that you are importing tournament summaries and PT3 has detected the tournament type then this will work correctly.

Deleting tournaments to make your graph look pretty is like putting lipstick on a pig... its still a pig, it just looks prettier. That is why we do not sugest deleting your results on anteup mtts... instead you should create a filter for the ante up mtts, click add selected to filters, then click the selected filter and click the Not Group button. When you apply this filter you will now show everything except this tournament type.

With that said if you are convinced you want to delete the tournaments, click Database > Database Management > Purge.

lol lipstick-->pig. I want to delete the ante up because the bb/hand doesnt make sense in ante up mtts, since after a while your 10.000 bbs deep and it looks like a cash graph where you played 100 hands on nosebleeds when your normal game is nanostakes. Thanks for the answers.

You are better off leaving this data in PT3, then filtering for the game types you need to review, or filtering to exclude this game type.

how do i find my 3 bet percentage in pt3?

You can add 3Bet to any player statistics report if it is not already displayed, this stat is included in the General Tab's Player Statistics report by default.

PokerTracker 3.14.4 is now available, this release includes a small amount of bug fixes including compensation for the PokerStars Zoom table changes that were made by Stars on March 7th.

How do I search for all hands in which I won/lost 100bbs?

Filters > Misc > Results > by Win or by Loss Amount.

PS: this is much easier to do in PokerTracker 4, we know you are also using PT4 because of your posts in that thread, why do you use both? We designed PT4 so you can put PT3 aside, plus we are already beginning to see some issues that will not be addressed in PT3 due to changes at the networks - we only develop for PT4 now.

PT4 seems to not track my PS ZOOM tourneys. Should it support it?
I have the latest pt4 version.

Your posting in the PT3 thread, which does not support Zoom Tournaments. PT4 does support Zoom Tournaments provided that you follow the necessary order:

1) Close all Poker clients and software
2) Start PokerTracker 4
3) Start PokerStars & Log In
4) Start importing in PokerTracker 4
5) Start playing at the Zoom table.

Is the Zoom problem happening again? I just updated Stars FWIW.

i migrated from playing 1-2 hu sngs to playing 4-6 cash tables. just now getting into the HUD game. have the pt3 trial -- thought that, at the time, pt4 wasnt available on mac.

anyway, my questions in the pt4 thread were bc im running out of my trial and now know that pt4 is available to macs. fwiw, ill def be purchasing pt4.

Yes, PokerStars just updated their Zoom table format again, each time this happens we have to compensate for this change. We release the fix for PokerTracker 4 immediately, and then during our next scheduled release cycle we put out the fix for PokerTracker 3. We should have a fix for PT3 in 7-10 days roughly, possibly sooner. Since PokerStars is frequently updating the Zoom table format over the past 2 months, we highly sugest you consider moving to PokerTracker 4 to assure timely updates are available. PokerTracker 3 is no longer being developed, we only release occasional patches to fix errors at this stage.... since we are no longer developing for PT3 this means the release to address the Zoom changes will almost always be delayed (unless it happens to fall right on our release schedule plans, then we get lucky).

Trying to export my HUD to backup. Keep getting error message:

"Stat does not exist: Cash Player - Chips Won"

I use the CoffeeHUD and have designed my cash HUD using the Coffee HUD as a template. What's going on with the export? My computer is really having problems so I really want to back things up. PLease help!

Also, I'm new to PT4 and have no access to the forums. Why is this?

"Chips Won" is not a valid cash stat so it doesn't exist. You will need to remove it from your cash Hud or replace it with an alternative.

There shouldn't be any reason you can't post in the PokerTracker forums - where exactly are you stuck?
BTW, we have a PT4 thread here too for PT4 questions - see the sticky topics at the top of this forum.

That's the thing, that stat isn't anywhere in my Cash HUD. I use the cash HUD without problems. No idea why PT4 thinks that it's part of the HUD only when I try and export.

Not sure why, but whenever I go to the forums page it says "this board has no forums". And when I google a question and I see the topic is in the PT4 forums and I click a link directly to that thread, it says "you are not authorized to read this forum".

PT4 thinks that stat is in the HUD profile because it is in the HUD profile ;-) We have seen this before, you just need to find where the faulty stat is located and delete it. Perhaps it is hidden in one of the popups? We sugest contacting CoffeHUD's support to discuss, they provide the support for their HUD.

We fixed your permissions, the forums will now show when you log in.
