Misc > Situations > Saw Flop. Click Add Selected to Filters, the click Not Group on the right to reverse the logic.

HUD stats for reg or zoom are showing completely out of place or for players that are not at the table.

Anyone tried to downgrade? The update worked fine on friday, but since this morning it`s completely useless.

Downgrading will not help, and you risk doing damage to your database, it is not wise to consider that option unless told to do so by a qualified support representative. This issue was caused by a change made by PokerStars Friday morning, we will put out a new release of PokerTracker 3 to address this issue next week.

Can anybody please update me as to how to log the results from Time tourneys? It's logging the buyins but it isn't showing the cashes, just that I got $0 from every tourney.

2) Where do you play, and what type of game (DON, 50-50 MTT, etc).

PokerTracker can only determine finishes if the information is provided by the online poker room, if we know more specific information then we can give you further guidance. Good luck!

The Timed tourneys which are run on Stars, they run for a set period of time then you cash based upon the percentage of chips that you have.

All of my games are from Stars and these are the only ones which don't import correctly,

Click Import, select PokerStars, then click the PokerStars Configuration Tab. Do you see two folders listed here? Once should be for your hand histories, the other should be for PokerStars Tournament Summaries. If you do not see this, then you can learn how to resolve this issue by reading the PokerStars Site Configuration Guide on our website by clicking Support > PT3 > Guides > Site Configuration. If this does not solve your issue for all future Timed Tourneys that you import, kindly let us know. You will have to manually enter your old tournament results since we do not have access to the older summaries.

Are you guys conspiring with Stars to get everyone to upgrade to PT4?
The fix worked for less than a week and Stars decide to eff with everyone again. I really need to start shopping for a new PC. Again!

Stars put out a new update the same day we released our last update. We are working on a replacement to address Zoom, hopefully before the end of this week.

Quick question.

For my MTT HUD on PT3, how do I adjust hero's stats to be table stats instead of the entire tournament stats? Have looked everywhere, but can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance

You can reset table session stays in PokerTracker 4, this is not available in PokerTracker 3.

Pokertracker 3 is useless not only at zoom, but at reg tables as well right now.

We have no evidence of any issues with PokerTracker 3 at regular PokerStars tables, if you are having a problem it may be unique to your setup. Have you tried creating a new database and using our default HUD? These are the first two steps needed to debug.

Hi, there has been an update for PT3 (v3.14.2) but still my hud isn't working properely on Zoom tables
Any progress on a fix? It has been almost 2 weeks now...

We think, but we are not positive, that the recent Zoom changes at PokerStars are due to the upcoming Zoom Tournaments that are launching on March 14th, if we are correct then this might continue to happen intermittently. Our dev team discovered this issue overnight, we are working to find a solution right now. Sadly we have had bad luck with the timing of our PT3 releases, the last two came out just days before PokerStars made changes to Zoom which broke the HUD's functionality accidentally. This cycle might continue until Zoom Tournaments are stable, or it might not... its really hard for us to predict since these are cash games that are feeling the effect. Hopefully we will have a new release out soon to address the issue, as before we will probably release a PT4 fix first followed by a PT3 fix, but our goal is to expedite the release to the best of our ability.

Yes, it is coming out soon, but we do not announce dates in advance. The announcement will be made 2-3 days before the beta is released.

Correct; Zoom is not supported for OS X and likely never will be in PT3 due to the way OS X's security policy works. Maybe someday PokerStars will provide us with a direct feed of the player names at the table, if this occurs then we can add Zoom into PT4.
