PT3 does not support Omaha. That will come later this year.

You're asking me to open a big can of worms here, you realize that don't you?
Here's a few benefits that I can see:
1. PT has been around more than 5 years now, with a solid reputation. We have experience in this market, and with poker players. We know what to expect and how to deal with it. We aren't a couple of guys doing this on the side. This is our only job, and we do it well.
2. PT3 is faster. People are reporting import speeds several TIMES faster than what HM is getting. Retrieval times seem be faster too, though I don't think anyone has done a direct comparison with this. Our database was designed to be be fast.
3. I personally feel PT3 is more aesthetically pleasing. Things look nicer, and data is layed out in a very intuitive manner. Want to see how well you do UTG? Simply click the Positions tab.
I'll admit that right now, HM is ahead of PT3. It has more features than we do. That's because they have about a 8-9 month head start on us. We are catching up quickly and I expect in a few months that PT3 will surpass it in features. PT3 is also in beta right now. It doesn't cost you a dime to use, so I suggest giving it a shot and see what you think. Just keep in mind that there will be many more features added soon.
Let me make it clear that I
AM NOT interested in starting an HM vs PT3 war here. He asked a specific question and I gave my opinions, which were not negative or derogatory.
