Is it possible to view mucked hands or hands that are folded by other players without going into showdown?

Is everything working fine now at the cash tables? HUD, hand histories, etc? I'm still sitting on the sidelines til the Merge client is stable and PT3 is working again.

PokerTracker can only display mucked cards if this information is included in the hand history provided by the poker site.

Okay thanks! I guess PokerStars can't then.

Are there any sites allow all these?
06-10-2012 , 02:19 PM
Sorry if been posted before - I read back a few pages and didn't see it.

I can't find the PT icon on my HUD to save the layout. I have to re-arrange my HUD every table every time.

Am I missing something or will this be addressed in an update.

Thank you.

The only site we are aware of is Bovada/Bodog, they have hand histories that save every opponent's hands even if they were mucked pre-flop without taking any action. The opponent's names remain anonymous, and the hand histories can only be downloaded after the session is complete once a set time frame has been reached. PokerTracker does not support the Bovada hand history format - it is our opinion that this is bad for the game of poker, it essentially changes the rules. For example you cannot see everyone's cards in a live game, allowing this to occur online is not acceptable in PokerTracker's eyes.

Please contact our support team on our website with a screen capture of your table. If the PT Icon is missing then we may have to show you how to reset your HUD layout preferences to the defaults.

Just to confirm. Does PT3 currently support Merge SNGs and MTTs?

+1, is everything kosher as of today?

After Merge's further software update, if you update to the latest Beta of PT3 or PT4 then things should work fine.

Especially with this Merge update I'm finding that I'm constantly moving my HUDs in order to either see things under them or to get at buttons.

Another feature that I like but I think can be improved is the option to make HUDs visable only when the mouse is hovering over them. I think that adding more options to this would be a good idea. An option for a delay on how long the HUD remains visable would be good, as would an option to click an empty space in the HUD to make it visable/non-visable.
You can unlock the Hud via the PT-icon menu. You can then drag stats around without holding control. You can then either 'Lock & Save' from the PT-icon menu or leave it unlocked if you prefer.

can someone help me?

i want to take a look on my positional statistics in pokertracker 3
(like vpip/pfr etc on button,co etc..)

how can i do that?

The best way to do this is to go to the Position tab - that breaks things down by each position and you can add any stats you want to see to the top section by clicking the small wrench at the top right of the report.

I take it this means you're never planning on adding an import feature for Bovada. How about a compromise - set up the import so that hole cards are only displayed for hands that go to showdown. That way it would at least appear in PT the same as any other site.

Right now there is not a good way to analyze hands played at Bovada. Holdem Indicator has some stats and a hand replayer but it's not nearly as useful as PT. HEM is apparently adding Bovada support soon http://forums.holdemmanager.com/poke...nto-hem-2.html. I play primarily at Bovada and would really prefer to use PT but this doesn't leave me an option. Any help here?

The link you provided means the the staff member made a note of the request to support Bovada, it does not mean that they will be supporting Bovada (we cannot speak for them of course). We do not know of any credible tracking software company that intends to support Bovada's hand histories at this time, perhaps in the future if Bovada changes its policies then PokerTracker will revisit the decision at that time. Bodog would have to remove the all-anonymous format in hand histories and also only provide mucked cards where appropriate for us to be able to revisit our policy on Bodog.

There is another factor to consider, things do not bode well for Bodog. The CEO just resigned, the company was sold to Bodog88 in Asia and they are pulling out of the UK market. Additionally the management of Bodog has been indicted by the US Government. All these factors combined make future support for Bodog very unlikely.

Sorry... wish I had better news for you, but Bodog/Bovada is a poor investment for PokerTracker now.

I downloaded PokerTracker to my PC and wanted to know if I could manually import my hand history from a Macbook (Note: I did not have PokerTracker installed while playing those hands on the Mac).

I still have the files on the Mac. I saved them on a flash drive and tried to manually import them but I'm not having any success.

I tried both the Import Files and Import Directory options, but it doesn't work. In the 'Import Status' box it has messages that say "Unexpected beginning of hand history". Any ideas?

Those should import - could you zip one up and send it to us via our support system? We'll look into it for you.

On PT4 hud, how do I open up the notes box? Maybe I deleted it off my HUD because I can't find it..If so how do I put it back? Thanks
06-13-2012 , 06:12 PM
You open it up by clicking on the note editor icon. You can add it back to the Hud by clicking Hud --> Edit Hud Profiles, choosing your profile and on the Table Groups section adding the Note Editor by clicking the + on the line you want. Then drag and drop it to whatever location works best for you.
