We do not intend to add support for Revolution Gaming on OS X at this time, but it is something we will consider adding to the upcoming PT4's for OSX if:
1) The network becomes large enough to warrant support
2) The mac poker client becomes available for the entire network, not just Lock Poker
Issue #2 above is a big one, the Mac version is only available for Lock at this time therefore we will continue to take a wait and see approach. I know that doesn't solve your problem right now, but it does at least share what we are thinking and helps you plan accordingly. In the meantime, we recommend you contact Revolution Gaming to ask for the Mac client on their other skins; the sooner this happens, the sooner we can consider development.

Are you playing on PokerStars.eu now? This issue may be caused by changes in the table naming formats at PokerStars, that is unfortunately out of our control.

PokerTracker has no way of knowing what table theme you are using, PokerStars themes place seats at different locations which means mucked card placement is up to the end user. If you have preferred seating disabled in the new poker client, then this could really mess things up even worse. A pain in the neck for sure, but once you save your positioning all will be fine going forward.

That is correct, PokerTracker 3 saves HUD Profile layouts for each table type. There is no shortcut unfortunately.

We cannot confirm yet ourselves, but we have been told by Cake that the only change will be the hand history directory - everything else works the same, which means PT3 & PT4 should work fine once the hand history folder has been adjusted. If you see any other oddities, please let us know - we need players like you to be our eyes and ears!
