PokerTracker 4 is still in Beta, it is not available for sale yet. If you buy PokerTracker 3 on our website, you will ge PokerTracker 4 for free once it is released commercially - plus you will save money because the price will increase when PokerTracker 4 is released.

The browser doesn't matter, PokerTracker is not a browser based application.

I can't get my pokertracker 3 micro version to import hands from intertops poker. I checked the site to auto import but haven't been able to import hands or see any hud display. What should I attempt to do? Thx

what up with the problem with ipoker it dont track certain hands as rake something is out of bounds? also when u move table in MTT on ipoker hud disappears an dont come back!

If you have hands that aren't importing please send them to us via our support system so that we can investigate further for you.

The table moving issue in iPoker is a known one - they do not update the hand history file with the window name of the new table so PT3 can no longer find the window to attach the HUD to. If you stop and restart Auto Import, PT3 should detect the new table then.

I do not have an updated estimate on our next release for you at this time, I'm afraid.

What if I own PT3 already? Is there anyway to get PT4 at the PT3 price? Since the PT4 price is going to increase from the PT3 price when it comes out?

If you bought PT3 since June 10th, 2011 you will get the upgrade for free. Otherwise, there will be an upgrade fee but it won't be the full price - pricing hasn't been announced yet but I'm assured the upgrade fee will be very affordable.

I just got back into online poker since black Friday. I fired up trusty PT3 and was surprised all was still working well, especially with a new site.

When I start my HUD, all the profiles are int he wrong spot. i cannot remember how to save the layout so they are int he proper spot. At the moment, the seat locations do not correspond to the proper people. I tried saving the layout, which puts the windows int he proper spot, but they are still the wrong people.

To move stats right-click-drag them and then click PT-icon > Save Layout.
If you use preferred seating, or have problems with stats appearing by the wrong players, please check the Preferred Seating guide in the documentation on the PokerTracker website.


This should be working in v3.13.5 Beta which was released a couple of days ago.

I´ve been searching for a Pokertracker 3 vpp/hand stat but I can only found one from 2008 which should be no longer accurate because stars changed their vpp system at the start of this year(or last year?)
Anyone has a updated stat?
Also a noob question how do i review hands is there a hand replayer like in HEM?when I browse the hands tab I´m so helpless

and one more question is there a method to erase hands from my database, it saved the plo 10 zoom hands as plo1000 hands but only in the general tab not in the graph.?!

Kraada uploaded a Weighted Contributed Rake stat to the Download Customizations section after the last PokerStars change. This doesn't calculate points directly (because that depends on other things) but is a good starting point for the calculation for your level/situation.

To replay an individual hand double click it and then click the Replay Hand button.
To replay all hands in a report click the little Play icon to the right of the report.

To remove hands from your database go to Database > Database Management and click Purge. Check out the documentation on the PokerTracker website for more information on purging.

Yes - if you're having problems please make sure that the Enable Zoom Hud option is enabled in Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration.
If you're still having problems please follow the steps in the 'Zoom' section of the PokerStars Configuration Guide on the PokerTracker website.

hi i just bought pt3 for the 2nd time for and it wont let me connect to it, the configure postgresql server then all the info is filled in already i hit connect and it says unable to connect to db please check the configuration.

Our default password is 'dpbass' but you could also try 'postgrespass'.

The release date hasn't been announced, and won't be announced until shortly before release, but we're getting closer.
