I still can't get the hud to work for zoom. It was working fine before the stars update but now it doesn't show up at all. I have the latest beta release of pt3.

Any suggestions?

Does it now say v3.13.4 Beta in the title bar of PT3?
If not, please make sure that PT3 is fully shut down before you run the installer.
Also note that you need to restart PokerStars in order for the change to be applied.

Tournament ev lines are broken for me. I played a hand where i busted a tournament where I shoved AK aipf. 3 callers. 1 of the callers folded the flop and the other 2 players exposed AQ and KQ. My graph shows a dip in the ev line for this hand.

D1iabol1cal - Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT3. Play a few hands at a single Zoom table and then attach the PokerTracker.log file from the main PokerTracker 3 folder to a support ticket on the PokerTracker website so that we can see what is going on.

Everything was working perfectly at zoom until this recent beta. I play 6max zoom, now the stats come up in random seats for each player... sometimes they're delayed and come up 1 hand later. What gives? how do I downgrade to previous beta version? it's pt beta .3 .. .2 was wokring fine.. I'll try to upgrade to .4 and see what happens.

We're testing a potential fix to the issue with missing players in occasional hands - I hope it will be out before too long, but it depends on successful internal testing.
At this time I wouldn't expect any older versions to work at all at Zoom tables because PokerStars updated their software meaning we needed to release this change.

PT3 imports hands fine for all zoom games, the HUD also works great with NLHE and PLO however doesnt work at all for NLO8 (havnt tried PLO8 yet). Any reason/fix for this?
Have most up to date PT3 and have restarted computer, stars etc...

We're aware of the NLO8/PLO8 issue and it will be fixed in our next beta release.

Your other issue is uncommon however, you should not see a delay. Please contact our support department by submitting a ticket, we will need to see your logs to help debug your problem and find the source.

I haven't been able to get PT3 to show stats on Zoom tables yet. I am using the latest beta but I haven't paid for it yet, I'm still using the trial version. Should I be able to see stats on these tables?

I read some instructions somewhere that it needed to be enable under "Pokerstars configuration" but I don't seem to have that option.

Note: I'm using the Mac variant of this app.

As it says in the PokerStars 'Zoom' Configuration guide unfortunately the HUD does not work as Zoom tables on Mac due to the Mac OS security policy which prevents applications interacting with each other in the way that we need to.

PT3 usually works great on my mac, anyway yesterday I've placed third on a 5Euro tourney on stars for 350Euro and it seems that this score hasn't been tracked how is it possible? Help needed.

Did the hands for the tournament import? If it was just the results that weren't detected properly you can add them in manually via the Tournaments --> Enter Holdem Results window.

How do I disable password for PostgreSQL 9.0?

I uninstalled PT3 and reinstalled it and now when I start PT3 I get this window...

When I click "connect" it says "unable to connect to database. Please check the configuration"

I've searched Google and found tutorials on how to fix this with PostgreSQL 8.4 and 8.5 but none for 9.0

Try 'postgrespass' as the password. If that doesn't help, the same directions should help - the files you need to edit are in this folder by default:

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.0\data
