Pokertracker now has a new update available as of today on their website. Should fix the problem

Yes, it works properly for a few hands and then goes all over the place. Then after a few hands it fixes itself and then a few hands later goes wrong again. It just keeps repeating in that way.

so i shouldn't bother d/ling it?

Please check your preferred seating settings in PokerStars for 6 max, two of our staff members noticed that the preferred seating setting was reset by PokerStars with today's update. This appears to be a PokerStars issue, not a PokerTracker bug - we will keep this thread updated if we discover anything else.

My preferred seating on Stars is still correct for both formats.

Please make sure it also matches the settings in PokerTracker. Once we updated the preferred seating options in PokerStars then the problem was solved on our end, HUD positioning works perfectly here.

I can confirm this.

My Hud seating preference and Pokerstars seating match and the Hud doesn't align itself to the correct player.

It is the same problem which arose when the Zoom Hud first came out and now it's back.

We need to see your logs to help determine what may be causing your problem, we cannot reproduce it here (yet). Kindly subit a support ticket, we wil do what we can to help. In the meantime, if you disable preferred seating in both PokerStars and PokerTracker you should have HUD positioning at the correct seats - this is of course just a temporary solution while we continue to investigate.

I disabled preferred seating in both programs restarted them and hud positions are still screwed up.

We've been testing and we see these problems ourselves as well. In my personal testing I found the best results still with the preferred seating as set previously - things would still be off on occasion but only by a seat or two most of the time.

Needless to say, we are still not happy with that and we are going to get this fixed as soon as we possibly can.

hey there i was wondering if anybody could help me figure out whats up with my hud.

yesterday i downloaded the 'std deviation' stat from the PT website, imported it and then did housekeeping. since then my hud is goig kinda crazy. yesterday when playing zoom it showed up sats for every person instantly right where they should be. today this is only the case for th very first hand in ziim and after that the stats (for the playes at the table at least) show up at random spots or at east not above the player they should be above. something is very badly messed up but the import itself still works cuz the graph does update correctly

any ideas about what i should do will be greatly appreciated

Please read 2 posts above yours, there is a known issue with Zoom that we are working to fix right now. We hope to have this fix within the next 24 hours but we cannot accurately predict the time frame, thanks for your patience!

I'm tweaking around with my HUD a bit and I'm wondering if there is a way to make "1,256" hands show up as "1.2k". The extra numbers do take up quite a bit of space. I'm not sure if you can only do this with HEM or if PT3 has this feature as well.

There is a custom stat available for free download which does this. On the PokerTracker website click Products > Download Customizations, and search for "hands with k notation" - there are cash and tournament versions uploaded by me (WhiteRider).

I just wanted to make sure everybody knew:

Where am I supposed to save the file? Also, I was unable to find the "hands with k notation". The search feature isn't working for some reason. Not sure if it's my computer or the website..

I see two stats if I search for that string - one for cash and one for tournament. Is it possible you are searching Reports rather than Stats? What do you see when you search?

Once you get the search right, click the Download button next to the version that you want. You can save it wherever you like, then in PT3 click Configure --> Configure Statistics, go to the Statistics tab and click the Import button. Choose the file you downloaded and click OK. Click OK again and your new stat is imported.

For those of you who are Zooming: A new beta has been released which fixes Zoom support.

When I press the search button the page just refreshes exactly the same. Anyway, I'll just search for it manually. It might have something to do with my browser? I use Firefox. I'm not very computer savvy so I'm not sure.

I'm using Firefox as well - but feel free to try another browser and let me know if it works better for you. Both stats were uploaded by WhiteRider, which will help if you sort by the person who uploaded the stat (since it'll be in the Ws).
