Just downloaded the newest trial.
I have no HUD in Zoom (testing at playmoney tables), only at normal CG tables.
I clicked the "Enable Zoom HUD" button though.
Hands get imported according to the import status.
System: Win7 64bit

1) Are you using a non-english OS?

2) Do you see the PT3 HUD icon at the top of the table?

We have a new release that just came out that is designed to improve HUD performance with PokerStars Zoom tables, please upgrade to this new release and report back to us. Thnx.

I'm using German Win7 but PokerStars client is in English.
Yes, the PT3 HUD icon is on the zoom table.
If I click "Show last hand" nothing happens.
If I click "Show hand history" it shows me an empty list, no matter how many cards I've played.

I'm using 3.13.1 beta

Also tried PokerTracker 4.01.12 Public BETA now.
This version works! Yeah

If you're not seeing any HUD stats on your Zoom tables, have you by any chance got your HUD configured to only appear after a certain number of hands? Go to Configure -> Configure HUD -> HUD Options and ensure that minimum hands required is set to 1 if you want to see the HUD stats after one hand.

(Note that "Show last hand" and "Show hand history" is disabled for Zoom tables.)

If you're still having problems with the HUD, please enable logging and attach a log file to a support ticket on our website so we can investigate it further. I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying the PT4 Beta though!

Hi,

I'm using HM 1 with postgresql 8.3. and i want to give PT a shot cause hm has no eta for ZOOM-hud-support LOL.

What happens if I install PT3 or PT4 with my hm db? Do I have to install a new postgresql version?

thx.

I think the Postgres Version should be fine. I have found a DB Conversion button when I first installed PT, so you can integrate your HM DB into PT.

Ugly - Just to confirm; PT3 or 4 will not affect your HM databases at all, and PT4 has a Setup Assistant to transfer the hands from your HM database into PT4.
You will need to use the existing PostgreSQL password, which will be 'postgrespass' by default.

Ugly - feel free to try them both and see what you think. All of the feedback we've gotten about PT4 so far has been very positive though and if you are starting fresh you might want to just jump into the new platform with both feet

i am getting some firewall error that doesnt let zoom hud to work, but im not using a firewall at this moment so i have no idea what is causing this

"A file required for proper operation was not found. Please check your that anti-virus and security software has not removed them."

reinstall?

That's where I would start. Also make sure you have our newest beta (3.13.1) - we just released some fixes yesterday for Zoom in that beta.

Hi there i appologize if im commiting a violation to the forums rules but im kind of desperate right now, im a HEM customer, let me rephrase that, im a very dissapointed and angry HEM customer and im seriously considering changing over PT4, just purchased the HEM2 upgrade ($40) and update after update its just giving my headache, forums supports sucks and im missing days without playing, as u know u dont play ur loosing money virtually, so i want to ask PT user its that how is it over here? How fast are forum mods responses to your threads? How´s PT working for ya? I would love some feedback about this, just downloading the 6 day trail version to try it out...Cheers.

For Stack Size in Big Blinds calculated at the end of the prior hand we recommend you use the Public Beta of PokerTracker 4.

Please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a support ticket on our website so we can investigate it further.

can you please take care of the PT3 problem where zoom hud is displaying wrong stats/cannot keep up with the speed of zoom tables whatsoever.

i have a highend laptop and in general everything works but like every 15th hand i'm getting the wrong stats of completely other people who are not even at the table...

using pt3 actual beta and 8 table zoom. alot of other guys have this problem as well...

We can confirm that this is a known rare issue that we think is due to information provided by the PokerStars client. We will continue to investigate, but this issue may be out of our control.

thanks. as being said it is kind of strange, it happens like every 20th hand and on SH tables as well as on FR tables...

does PT4 has the same problem? if not it might be reasonable for me to play zoom with PT4...

Yes, PT4 has the same issue, the problem appears to be caused by Stars, not our software. Keep in mind Zoom is still a beta product, Stars will hopefully work out these issues over time. if new information develops, we will be sure to post here ASAP.

thanks alot for the fast replies, that's why i never even bothered experimenting with HEM

One additional thing - please make sure that PokerStars is closed down (as well as PokerTracker) when you install the update. If either of them are running then we won't be able to update the necessary files. The best thing to do is reboot before you run the installer.
