HUD is no show on ZOOM after installing the new release. Any other setup required to enable HUD? Hand history imports fine...just the HUD is not showing at all.

Have you enabled the Zoom HUD on the PokerStars Configuration tab in PT3?
(Select PokerStars in the site list on the auto import tab then go to the PokerStars Configuration tab on the right-hand side, the Zoom HUD can be enabled under "Other Options")

There is a problem with the zoom hud if you have Pokerstars preferred seating on.

I have my preferred seat as seat 4 on a a 6 max table. That is also what i checked in PT3. On normal tables, the first hand would see PT3 display HUD stats for player X next to player X+1 (the guy next to him) but would automatically correct itself on the next hand.

Using Zoom however, it doesn't correct itself and the stats are stuck on player x +1.

Update: I believe that this issue has always persisted but since normal tables get corrected after the 2nd hand, there was no need to resolve it. On Zoom however, you never stay on the same table for the 2nd hand so it doesn't have a chance to set itself right before making the same error on the new table.

Yes, I have installed v13.3.0 beta. I checked it like the picture shows

I'm using Windows Vista. It doesn't display nothing of nothing at zoom tables. At normal cash tables it works properly.

Try using "postgrespass" as the PostgreSQL password - that is what HM sets it to.

I have a pokertracker 3 v3.13 and this 'enable zoom hud' option doesnt not show in the 'Pokerstars Configuration' thingy. Any idea?

Im having the same problem

It sounds like there may be a general problem with Vista - we are looking into it and will post here again as soon as we know more.

Zoom Hud works fine like 80-90% of the time, but once in a while the stats are shown for the wrong player. So the seat 3 stats are for the player in seat 1, etc...

It seems pretty random and I don't now what causes it. Usually after one or two hands it works fine again.

Anybody else with this bug? I'm using Win7

can you release an approx. date of when the next update will be out? It's really giving me a migraine that the zoom hud doesn't align properly with the actual player it refers to !!

all Vista users we believe, but we are working to solve this problem ASAP.

Preferred Seating works if you select seat 3 for 6 max games, or seat 5 for ull ring games. For the time being we suggest your change your preferred seating settings to match these seats until a solution can be provided. We do not have a timeline, we will release a patch as soon as we can confirm that the system is working as planned.

We're aware of it, but there are technical issues that make Hero stats more complicated to handle on Zoom type tables. Also, since your oppnents are not around from hand to hand it's not clear exactly how useful those stats would be.

It's useful because it tells me how I'm playing during the session as well as my own custom stats e.g Money won /lost e.t.c

I have confirmed that we do not intend to add HERO HUD stats to the Zoom HUD.
