I would suggest that you check out the strategy forums for discussions about analysing your stats.

In the HUD Options window you can set up "Player Ranges" which filter by the number of active players at the tables. Check the Advanced HUD User Guide in the Documentation on the PokerTracker website for more information about this.

Please zip the hands and send them to us by submitting a support ticket, we are aware of this issue but need sample hands to solve the problem. This issue occurs on 5050Poker, Unibet, and Victor Chandler skins only, the rest of Microgaming is not affected.

The PokerTracker 4 beta is for testing only, we do not recommend actively playing on Zoom with PT4 until all the bugs have been worked out. The Zoom HUD works, but it will require more development on our end to assure all the bugs are worked out first, that is why we included it in the current PT4 beta preview release.

Once the Zoom bugs have been all worked out, then we will consider opening the PokerTracker 4 beta to more testers. Soon we hope!

Zoom support is not included in PokerTracker 3 yet, watch this thread for more information.

Looking at how to adjust time in PT3. More specifically, hands I have played between midnight and 5am are showing up in the prior day's results.

How do I set up PT3 to show the day's results as hands played between 12.00 am and 11.59pm each day, rather than 5.00am to 4.59am?

Thanks.

Will Poker Tracker 3 offer HUD for Zoom at Pokerstars ?

In any report view, click the settings button, then change the My Day Starts At dropdown to your designed time. In your case the start of the day would be 12AM.

You will find that answer 3 posts prior to yours.

Q1. If that was done in Poker Tracker 3 at Full Tilt Poker when rush came why not Zoom ?

Q2. If there is no Zoom support for PT3 then how can I get PT4 in order to be ready to grind when Zoom is released ?

Thanks. Knew I'd seen it before.

1) Zoom and Rush are two very different products. They are virtually the same from your point of view, but they took very different development paths. We havent made any announcements yet about Zoom in PT3, we are asking everyone to be patient while we continue to investigate Zoom, we have not made any decisions yet, it all depends on the results of testing which we are undergoing with PokerTracker 4.

2) PokerTracker 4's Zoom support is for testing only at this stage, it is not ready for mission critical play. There is a good chance that PokerTracker 4's Zoom support may break by the time PokerStars releases Zoom, it is very hard to develop support for a new game that hasn't been officially released yet.

At this stage the best choice is to just be patient, once Stars releases Zoom then we can focus all of our attention on making our support for Zoom worthy of the PokerTracker brand name. The sooner Zoom is released by Stars, the sooner we can finish our development.

It would be great if you guys can add a "Knockouts" line in the area i have circled where you can enter any $ you made from KOs. The reason this is needed is because just adding ur KOs to ur winnings inflates your ITM%, for example my ITM% in KOs so far is 40%. Its not a huge deal but for nit pickers like myself it would be appreciated, If not in PT3 maybe make this an option in PT4.

Bounty support is available in PT4.

This seems like some people will have an unfair advantange.. I'd rather be using Pt4 with bugs than play completely hudless..

Just a follow-up with the Party Mac Beta and PT3 - the HUD still does not work on this (I know that Party is not co-operating) however when I try to use the HUD on the web version (it works occasionally) it comes up, with however many hands I've played on a single tournament level with a player, then doesn't update. It was working the other day for a 5h MTT all the way to the final table (rebuy) but now I'm playing a guarantee and it's being funny again.

I get a lot of "Partygaming: Error: Unexpected beginning of hand history" messages, and a few other "Invalid pot size" and "unexpected end of hh" messages, then PT3 crashes when I try to quit or restart it. Help! I can play cash without a HUD, but on MTTs it considerably unbalances me not having some stats. Thanks

How do I delete a tournament? I know I can do this in HM1 and HM2.

Could you attach those hand histories to a support ticket for us? That would help us start figuring out what is going on here for you.

Click Database --> Database Management --> Purge and you can delete a tournament from the window that appears.
