Can you find the original "AutoImport_xxx.log" file (the 'xxx' is the date in yyyymmdd format) for the import of those sessions (in the bigger database) and attach it to a support ticket on our site? Please explain the problem again briefly when you do.

it wont load for me. even if i shut down my firewall.

I use session manager on my browser - and it opens the same 8 tabs/pages everytime. Today PT3 wont load. I tried it in IE instead of Flock - same result. Firewall on/off doesnt matter.

Might be an issue with your ISP. We've had activity on the site all day long, and the numbers are normal, so there's nothing wrong with the site.

I get nothing. No error. No moving Status bar in my browser. It just hangs frozen.

My 10mb/1mb cable is working just fine. I can go to every other site I normally go to.

this might have been asked but im not about to read through all this.

how do i filter it to certain dates? everytime i open up pt3 it loads every hand i've ever played.

In the top right of the tab, there is a "Filters" button. The date filtering is on the first tab of the window that appears.

I own HM and it does everything I could want and more. I don't see any need to beta test this product further. I am not uninstalling it because it was faulty in any way. I thought it was quite nice and very powerful. I got every penny of value (and then some) from all 3 (HoldEm, Stud, Omaha) of the PT2 versions I owned. I just don't see any reason for me to own 3 different trackers, just for HoldEm.

I wish the best of luck to PT3 and I will still follow the thread as I do many other SW threads here, regardless of if I am using it.

Where do you guys find Checkraise %, C-bet%, donk% and all those stats? Also steal attempt statistics and bb/100 hands shown when filtering out spesific type of situations?

In general those stats listet in "More detail" in PT2 i cant find in pt3..

When will PT3 will be out in full version ? I always though it was end of february, beginning of march... still looking in these dates ? Or you think its going to be much more in april-may ??

The date has been pushed back again to the end of March. This is a tentative release date, not firm, so it's likely to change.

There will be a new beta available before beta 4 is set to expire. Beta 5 will have custom stats and configurable reports. You will be able to add/remove any stat from any report - including your own custom stats.

Can you include the ability to export hands? I want to start using PT3 along with a hud (the AHK or POHUD) but managing massive quantities of datamined hands is a bit annoying. Better to just import and export them if I have to (to rebuild the DBs)
