If you click Start, type services, and hit enter, do you see PostgreSQL in the service list?

Is there a custom stat or something that can work out vpps according to the new system?
01-15-2012 , 06:36 AM
Yes - if you search for "Weighted Contributed Rake Stat model" in the forums on the PokerTracker website you will find a thread where Kraada published a custom stat for this on December 28, with a download link.

We just got word from Merge that they have a solution for the HERO Poker HUD hand history issue. The problem was related to tournaments that were created for specific rooms that included an '*' in the table name, but the table name in the hand history saved on the local hard drive did not match. MERGE has confirmed that this should be a simple fix, but it will take a few days to implement.

Congratulations HERO Poker tournament players... your problem will soon go away!

Hot dog! I think I at least helped push this along. It was annoying at times. Thanks!

Is that possible:

I would like to do an alias of all players in my database with like less than 200 Hands, If possible I would like to do it even more advanced and do an alias with players <200Hands and lets say pfr between 10-20.

It would be for opponentmodelling.

There isn't an automated way to perform those kinds of functions - you would need to do the aliases manually at this time.

You could find the players in a custom report though - create the report in the Player Statistics section on the Reports tab and add the Player, Hands and PFR stat (or whatever else you'd like to see). In the blue Filters link if you add a filter for #Hands# < 200 and uncheck "filter on active player" you'll see data on all other players who have less than 200 hands.

It took us a while to sort this issue out because we need hand histories from players when problems like this occur, the sooner we get evidence of a problem, the faster we can find a solution. In this unique case we needed both the hand histories and a screen capture of the table to trace the source of the problem. Sometimes the solution cannot be provided by PokerTracker, and instead we work to notify the network of a bug on their end. Therefore thanks should be shared with MERGE who was willing to address this issue so quickly when it was shared with them.

Is PT3 working on Merge? Nothing will import for me and no HUD will display.

Any trouble shooting tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I'm on poker nordica, my auto import and site import are on, nothing....

Do I need to make a new HUD for a new network or soemthing?
01-17-2012 , 05:25 PM
What version of PT3 are you using, pg_780?
01-17-2012 , 05:56 PM
v 3.11.7 beta

There are some fixes for Merge in 3.11.8 - please try that version and see if it works any better for you.

My poker tracker isn't opening on my Macbook Pro. Tried re-downloading 3.11.8 but still doesn't open. Anything would be helpful. really annoying. Ty.

Try dragging PokerTracker from Applications to the Trash and then re-run the installer.
If it still doesn't help please open a support ticket or post in the forum on the PokerTracker website so that we can help you more directly.

UPDATE: Good news for online poker players who use Apple's OS X. OnGame network's new Mac compatible poker client was released yesterday, and it is fully supported by PT3 out of the box. OnGame made sure the new client would work with PokerTracker 3 for OS X before releasing it, isn't that nice of them?

On behalf of many members of the PokerTracker community our hat is off to you OnGame, we are honored that you care so much about players who use PokerTracker.

PS: the OnGame Network client upgrade is pretty good, check it out!

so PT3 isnt displaying HUD for anonymous tables on microgaming. Will that be the case for PT4 also? HEM is still displaying stats on those tables, why cant you?
01-20-2012 , 01:51 PM
What do I need to do to show just stats from current session?
01-20-2012 , 02:06 PM
Sorry if this has been addressed. I have the latest version of PT3 and play on the everleaf network. Everytime I open a table I need to manually switch over to my HUD and adjust it to 4max/6max, otherwise the HUD is all over the place. It's a pretty big pain when you're table selecting and trying to not time out. I have clicked "Make Active Profile Default for Table Type" numerous times as well as "Save Layout" and it's not working. Is this just an everleaf issue or what?

As a result of popular support we have been reconsidering our position here - new features will not be coming to PT3, but a HUD with session stats for anonymous tables may be coming for PT4.

In PT3 if you hover your mouse over the stat you will see the session only value in the tooltip that appears.

Please turn on the "Adjust Qualifying Table Limits" checkbox on the Auto Import -> Preferences tab and that should fix this behavior for you.

Hello. I was using PT3 on Cake poker itself and a skin on ENET and everything worked fine. Now I have switched skins for both ENET and Cake network and can not get my PT3 work. I feel like I have tried everything. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Please make sure your skins are set to save their hand histories and that PT3 has those directories set on the Configuration tab for the appropriate networks - one of those two things not being done is the most likely cause of this sort of behavior.
