PT2 works as expected with the same files.
PT3's tourney support is very basic at the moment. We will be fixing the problems with it pretty soon.

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

So I tried to filter for only 100nl hands...

The player list was loading for 30+ mins.

I got a pop up that my HD was low.

I checked my secondary drive and it went from 15gb to 7mb (yes - mb not gb).

I had to end the process.

I now have 15gb free.

Is there an error file or something you need to look at?

If you could find the file or files that are being created it would be helpful. Check out the PostgreSQL directory and see if the file is in there.

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

I just DL PT3 and set it up, opened some tables and opened PAHUD.

Am getting error msgs from PAHUD along the lines of:

SQL exception while trying to query player...ERROR: relation "players" does not exist;

PA Hud does not work with PT3. If you want to use a HUD with PT3, you'll need to download the AHK HUD available on our forums.

Yes. This happened when I ran into the HD space problem with the multi-million hand database, I purged that database and imported only the hands I played.

Are there positional stats available? E.G. like in the notesNL

ah so tricky - pokerEV, some nice features in notesNL and the good old PT3...
PT3 with the best of the others would be nice lol don't want to have 3 different trackers :<

BetYourLife;

_dave_ made an AHK-Hud and it already has positional stats. PT3's Hud itself will also allow you to show positional stats.

I think the purge is the problem. Did you try restarting PT3? The limits should've shown correctly after doing so.

The HUD will show positional stats for sure.

I'm fully confident that PT3 will have all the great, useful features of our competition, along with our own new innovative features. We're a little behind because we got a later start, but we're catching up quickly. PT3 is also backed by people who have been in the industry for years and have a solid reputation for support. You won't have to worry about us getting bored, losing interest and giving up on our product and customers. I'm not saying the competition will do that, but I can guarantee that we won't. We know what to expect and we're prepared for it. It's unfortunate that there has been software lately where the developers decided to move on to other things and their customers suffered for it.

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

Probably just a silly issue with some filter trouble. The only filter I apply here is the dates one. Why are there difference between summary and statistics window? The hands missing in the summary tab happens to be the ones played the last 3 days. Also means that the hands doesn't show up in the Sessions tab, doesn't show the last two sessions I've played (1900 hands in total). Strange, any easy answer here?

I also tend to have to clear my filters very often to get any hands at all. Even though the only filter I ever use has to do with dates. Seems something funny happens to make it filter away all hands even though I don't change the filters at all, happens between I close it one time and open it another.

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

Do you often play sessions that start late at night and end the next morning (after midnight)? I'm assuming you clicked on the link below the Player Statistics tab, which explains this issue. Do you think that's the problem, or do you think it's missing sessions that should be included?

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

I pretty often play sessions that start late and end next morning. PT3 has never had a problem with that though. And that is not the case for the two sessions that are missing here.

I pressed the text, and like I said. The only filter I have activated is a filter that includes only hands played this month. I pressed "Clear" filters, got all my 400k hands or so. Then activated the only February filter and for some reason the hands since February 16th and onwards (only about 1900'ish hands) are not showing in the "Player Summary" or Sessions tab. But they are showing in the bottom window as you can see("Player Statistics").

Have a feeling it's something really simple and silly, but can't for the life of me think of what.

Re: PokerTracker 3 (Beta 4 Release - 13-Feb-08)

Ok, now I'm starting to think it might not be a silly mistake on my part but an actual problem.

Just played a couple more short sessions and they are recorded. You can also see that the two missing sessions are recorded here, but has 0 hands for some reason. For some reason all the hands (1900'ish) of those two particular sessions seems to have been filtered out. Although the session result graph have them registered.

The hands have been imported though, as evidenced by the fact that they do show up in the "Player Statistics" window.

If you import these hands into a separate database, do you get the same problem?

Nope. Created a new DB and imported just the hands from these two sessions. And now they show up in the Sessions Tab and there is no difference between the "Players Summary" and "Player Statistics" when I put in the same filter.

Still missing in Session tab and "Player Summary" in the original DB with the exact same filter though.
