That sounds like a damaged file in your database. You could try doing a ReIndex in Database > Housekeeping, but if that doesn't help..
You can set PostgreSQL to ignore these errors by clicking Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Configuration Files --> Edit postgresql.conf. In the configuration file that appears, go to the bottom of the file and add the text “zero_damaged_pages = on” on a new line and then save and close the file. Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Reload Configuration and PostgreSQL will ignore the damaged data.


Do you mean the latest update of PT3? That doesn't affect PostgreSQL at all, so wouldn't cause issues with your passwords.
You can set PostgreSQL to not need a password, which should remove the extra screens - this will not allow anyone else to connect from outside your machine. Search for the "How To: Remove PostgreSQL Password" in the PokerTracker forums.


'= 18' will only work when the value is exactly 18. Using ' >= 18' will colour it when the value is 18 or more, so try that.

Is it possible to have the stats in the hud filtered by number of big blinds (or M-value) a player has? E.g. if a player has less than 10BB only show the stats from when they previously had <10BB.

Not easily - it can be done with custom stats, but each stat needs a custom stat for each range of BB or M that you are interested in, so it's a pretty involved process.

I'm having so many issues with this site compared to Pokerstars. I realize how much I miss Pokerstars having to deal with this.

1. HUD placement is borked anytime I open a new table. And it's never consistent. Sometimes just one hud is on top of another, or they're all rotated several places, my personal hud is always where it should be.....ironically. I have preferred seating enabled and all the correct seats selected with 0 beign the furthest most left and going clockwise.

2. Several tournies refuse to be tracked, so Im having to stop between each SNG and manually input the buyin, finish, amount won. The ones that do track seem to take a minute before PT3 picks them up and it's refreshed on the graph. So I generally have to wait a minute before I find out whether I have to go in manually or not.

3. Several tournies/SNG don't enable the HUD but I can see PT tracking the hands, this makes no sense.

This is really getting to be annoying, anyone else had these issues with this site? It's tilting me more then the terrible donks there.

DO you have to adjust your HUD in almost EVERY game?

The HUD is static for cash, but I always have to move player stats in the tourney despite clicking save. If I played more tourneys, I would surely have o address it.

Yeah it seems fine for cash, but for tournies is sooooo messed up. Makes no sense at all.

Maybe Ill play more cash.

Yeah, I just 3-tabled a few orbits to test. Cash seems fine. I don't think you should have to do that. I'm pretty sure there is a solution. We'll chase it down.

It's just annoying, I know Im missing alot of tourney results.

What happened to Enet support?

I downloaded PT3, and on the 'select sites' configuration, there was no Enet option.

Please make sure you are using the latest beta of PokerTracker - it is currently 3.6.11. If you are using the latest beta, then click the "Show Hidden Sites" check box beneath the Begin Auto Import button to find the Enet network.

PS: I assume you are running on Windows, but if your running on Mac OS X then there is no Enet client, therefore no Enet support on the Mac.

Bump. Seems as though some of my SNG have stopped tracking, a slight pain in the ass to have to stop tracking after every SNG to enter results. Also means I'm forced to play fewer at the same time as well as having to draw my attention away during games to manually enter results.

Not good.

Updated to the Nov. 8 update, let's see if that fixes things.

You can download 3.11.6 Beta from the same page as 3.10 - scroll down to find it.
Close PT3 down and run the 3.11.6 installer. Do NOT uninstall anything before you install the new version.

I got a response from PT. The guy indicated that it is usually due to the incorrect client language. I don't think that is the issue for me since it was ok for a while. I am going to keep working on sorting this when I make the time. I will keep updating as I go.

After updating PT still doesnt show a HUD on some Hero MTT's.

Did you ever close pokertracker from the task manager or has PT3 has ever closed improperly?

If that's the case, from my experience, you need to first try rebuilding the cache and if that doesn't work, start a new database altogether importing hands from scratch. (it goes without saying that should you ever go down that route, you should backup a known good copy that you can restore should you face a similar problem)

An alternate scenario might involve your computer, that is if you re using XP x32 or something or if you re using less than 4 gigs of memory...

Not quite sure why its consistent at not showing only on specific type of freeroll MTT, fine on cash games, and messed up on sng/other mtt. Im not the only one that has reported having that problem.

fwiw, I never had issues with PT on PS.

Edit - PT was closed while pdating, ofc.

OK - downloaded the latest PT3, and played Hero's Triumverate. Still no HUD. This was not an issue until about a week ago. I have had problems with the HUD stats not staying where placed and saved, but not this. Cash is still fine although I'm not sure the calcs are correct when I total up the money afterwards. Besides the point, though. Let's get the HUD back first.

Yeah I played in the $99 freeroll today and no HUD. Havent tested out SNG's yet to see if the update fixes the player stats being in awkward spots or if PT is picking up results, Ill try to do that tomorrow and verify.

Please start a new thread in the forum on the PokerTracker website, or open a support ticket there, and describe your problem including the site and table types which are giving you problems - it will be much easier to follow up an issue in a separate thread than here.

Some times when I open PT3 and review a hand history, it just freezes and I have to close PT3 and restart.
Do you know what the cause of this might be/how to fix it?
