Any expected time for an upgrade that will make yatahay work again?

We have not received a single hand history from post upgrade. The new hand history format is completely different so we are going to need a lot of these.

I have HEM but it doesn't work with bodog unless i buy idleminer which cost $50. No problem, but the thing is i went and tried the trial where it allows you to use it for 1000 hands free. Great, however, i cannot get it to work. Followed all the instructions on the HEM forum and still can't get it to work. Pokertracker 3 cost $85 and Idleminer cost $50 so obviously i would go with idleminer since i already have HEM.

Then i Downloaded the free trial of Pokertracker 3 since it works for bodog. Well, i finally got it to work with the HUD. However, it only worked for 2 days and now i been encountering problems everyday. Such as the hud disapearing on and off every 3 hands. Or the HUD only works for one table while i have 3 opened.

Stats showing up in the wrong table and many others have reported about this bug in the system. I followed supports instructions and still cannot get it to work. I had heard it was easier to get Pokertracker to work with Bodog since it didn't require a 3rd party software like idleminer but these bugs are really too much.

Anyone else having a tough time trying to get Idleminer to work with HEM to work with Bodog or even getting pokertracker to work without these bugs? I only want the HUD when i play and thats it. I even spoke to a few other ppl who tell me its a pain and they can't even get idleminer to work.

What games are you playing at Bodog?
Their tournament tables re-use the same numbers very quickly, which causes problems identifying the correct table windows, but we're investigating a workaround for this.
The HUD disappears at your action due to the way Bodog manage their table windows, but will reappear when you click anywhere on the table. Is that what you're seeing, or something else?

Is there somewhere I can send a batch to that would help speed up the process?

Yes - please compress and attach them to a Support ticket. We need both the .dhh and .phh files.

i just imported handhistories from betfair (ongame) from the new betfair handhistory directory. it got all hands but i made win and it tracked every hand as a loosing hand.

also why are there 1 betfair choice and 1 ongame choice in the autoport choice list? they are the same arent they?

Are you talking about tournament results showing losses? If so please see the Tournaments FAQ. If they're individual hands all showing losses, please attach the original hand histories to a support ticket and one of our technicians will take a look to see what is going on here for you.

Betfair and OnGame haven't always been identical and there are a few settings differences left I believe, hence the separation. (I think it may also be useful for French users.)

Can anyone get on Mikogo and help me get my poker tracker 3 up and running? I am having problems with PostgreSQL when I try to launch server with the default settings it says "Unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration." I have no idea how to fix it and haven't seen any resources so far to get me there. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the Database / PostgreSQL FAQ but if you report your problem someone will help you get things working.

can you add preferred seat detection for Ongame please.

OnGame doesn't have a normal "preferred seating" option, only an option to move to a new seat. When you do this the information about your new position is not included in the hand history file so there is no way for PT3 to know where you are being shown.

If you're referring to the new OnGame software where you are always shown in the bottom-centre seat I believe we will support that in the next release.
For now, you can enable the preferred seating option in PT3 – if you play cash tables you will need to always moved yourself to the same seat if you do that.

If it's holdem or omaha, and you have the correct version of PT3 please compress and attach the hand history file which doesn't import to a Support ticket so that we can investigate.

Ah, OK - mixed games tend not to import yet, but hopefully with the upcoming changes this can be sorted out. Please attach a few example hand history files to a Support ticket and I'll pass them on to the development team.

I just bought PokerTracker. Everything is working fine except for the HUD wont display on OnGame network. I play on the Betfair skin. Hands are importing and the hand history file has been detected. What do I do?

Now my hands arent even being imported from OnGame, it was working today in the afternoon, and no tonight PT3 can't find any files to monitor.

Are you using Windows or Mac? The HUD will not work on Mac to a problem in the native Mac version of the OnGame software - it should now work using the in-browser version, though.

Assuming you're on Windows: OnGame are in the process of rolling out an update to their software, and Betfair has been updated. The new hand history path will be something like:
C:\Users\[xxx]\P5JavaClientSettings\HandHistory
See the OnGame Configurations Guide in the Documentation (bear in mind that the guide refers to the old path, but the settings are the same) and the FAQ: Importing to PT3.

Has anyone else noticed that Pokertracker can be extremely inaccurate for various stats? I'm pretty annoyed at this, seeing as I paid for this software to increase my winrate yet these errors are actually costing me money!!

For example, I just played a hand then against a player I'm sure has 4bet my resteal attempt before but his Fold Steal to Blind ReRaise stat was 100%. He tried to steal my blind again so I 3bet him and he raised me. I checked back about 5 hands later (other stats such as VPIP had updated in this time) and his Fold to Resteal stat was still 100% ...

I've noticed some 3bet stats are like this as well (I can't remember which, could be 3bet %, could be fold to 3bet, could be 3bet and fold to 4bet) and also possibly some showdown stats (W$SD, WTSD).

Also, when are you going to add those little arrows to the custom colors in the stats to change the priority ?? I've been waiting years for this update but it never happens yet it would be so easy to do.

There are also double-ups of stats (e.g BB vs SB Steal - Fold and Fold BB to SB steal) which is another problem that needs fixing... I mean come on guys, I could list hundreds of upgrades that are either required and necessary (i.e. fixing stats so that they update and are reliable) or useful (i.e. only show blind stealing stats for the 2 players to your right)

This will be addressed in the not too distant future.

If you can find any hand that should be caught by any stat but was not, please attach that hand to a support ticket and we'll investigate further for you. One reason that you might not see the HUD updating is how you have your Refresh Rates set on the Hud Options tab (on the Configure Hud window). If you have it set to update every 5 hands on a given player, then it would be 5 hands before you saw his new stats updated. If the interval were large enough (say 500 hands or so) it likely wouldn't update for that player within the entire session you play with him.

Thanks for the response, I'll take a screenshot next time it happens... I've changed my refresh rate to every 1 hand for 0 - 100000 hands so hopefully that will fix it

That sounds good. If you could also keep PT3 running with Logging Enabled and send us the logs at the time that would help even more, also.

Today i started to play on Goalwin. I am using Poker Tracker v3.06.
Import is ok, hud is ok, but after play, my session has a date 01/01/1970 so when i add my new nick to older on other sites, my new session go to the bottom..
I don't know what's going on.. I have today's date in my PC system, also checked handhistory.txt from Goalwin, and there is also good date.
