What version of PT3 do you have?
The buy-in should be inferred from the name of the tournament - if that isn't happening for you please attach a few example tournament hand history files to a Support ticket (you'll need to compress them) and tell us what the buy-in and prize structure is for each and we'll see if the rules can be improved to auto detect them.

hey guys. Downloaded trial version of Pt3 but says unable to connect to database. How do i fix this?

I am downloading the trial version of pt3 so i can use it on bodog at the moment because i had tons of problems with hem/idleminer and never got it to work.

I had it to work for 1 hand on pokertracker. Then now it doesn't work. Can someone help me? I click auto import and then start import and no hands are recording. I don't see a hud.

hey guys. I downloaded Pokertracker so i could use it the trial version on Bodog. However, i cannot get it to record hands. I clicked start site import and it shows absolutely nothing. I went through the configuration correctly i think because I had it to work for 1 hand on pokertracker where it displayed the hud for 1-2 hands.

Then now it doesn't work. Can someone help me? I click auto import and then start import and no hands are recording. I don't see a hud and it shows bodog is not recording any hands. I see check mark for running for bodog/pokerstars/full tilt if that matters.

What am i doing wrong? I checked the setup wizard, and i have bodog checked. Bodog configuration shows PokerTracker/bodog hand history.

Is it something wrong with the processed file folder?

That shows pokertracker/processed/bodog.

In that case please export your report and attach that file to a ticket instead.
You may need to compress the exported file to attach it.

Yes, if you create a PokerTracker.com user account you can link your prior purchases to that account and you'll receive a discount for each. For purchasing PT2 the discount is $11 and I believe it's the same for PTO as well. You'll see the discount applied automatically once your purchases are linked to your account well before the purchase is finalized.

Hey im having problems registering the Omaha version of PT3, Ive downloaded the Holdem version already, and this version works fine. Ive registered for the holdem version and already done that, but now ive purchased the omaha manager too, and when i try to register for the omaha manager it says on the screen that you for registered for the holdem manager, and that I have 0 days left on my omaha manager, with nowhere to register, can someone help me with this ??

It sounds like you may have bought a new license instead of an omaha addon. Please create a Support ticket and explain your issue and we'll sort out linking your licenses.

What version of PT3 are you using? If it's not 3.11, please try upgrading and see if that eliminates these errors. If it doesn't, please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce the errors and report them so that we can figure out what's causing them and get it fixed for you.

Im currently using a Mac too, does that affect anything ?

Switching from HEM to PT3. Is there a way to import a HEM database backup into PT3? Also, is there a way to import HEM notes into PT3?

The HUD does not work for Rush tables on Mac because Mac OS security policy prevents applications interacting with each other as PT3 needs to do for Rush tables.


You will need to import from the original hand history files, which should have been archived by HEM.
If you don't have them you will need to export your hands and import those files PT3.
Notes cannot be transferred. Is it possible to export your notes from HEM?
