That sort of information is pretty complicated to extract from the database, and isn't currently possible.

HEM's database structure is completely different to PT3's.
You will need to import your hands to PT3. The best way is to Manual Import
from the original hand history files (which HEM should have archived somewhere), but if you do not have the originals you will be able to export your hands from HEM and then import those files into PT3.
Yes. The Mac version is almost identical to the Windows version, except that for technical reasons beyond our control the HUD does not work for OnGame tables or Full Tilt "Rush" tables on Mac. Also, not all poker sites have native Mac clients - PT3 supports those which do, and hand histories for the others can still be imported using Manual Import
