PokerTracker 3 - Page 345 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I am having the same problem. My PT3 was working fine not 10 hours ago, and now I'm told that I have an unregistered version.

Pokertracker.com seems to be down as well, so I cannot access my registration code. This computer was the 2nd on on which I registered the software, so I don't know if it'll try to say I've used my 2 registrations already.

Bummer as the SM starts shortly. Please help!

The site is accessible now, however my user/pass combo is unfound. I tried locating lost username & password, but it tells me my email is not on file.
This is absurd. I was using my PT3 just 11 hours ago!

It seems all their systems are down. No downloads on the download page and database connection error when you try to hit their forums. Same when you try and contact support

I had about 2 mill in my full tilt account. Since the server crash I have much, much less.

Um..... so I updated right during the "crash". Now I'm stuck with a trial version, and it still isn't letting me log into your site. How exactly do I fix this? (I have Sunday Million in 4 minutes, a fast fix would be much appreciated).

I must be missing an option / checkbox or something... every stat on my HUD is from the hands played at the current table, even if I know for a fact (in my database) that I've played against these people before. What am I missing?

If you had multiple databases and started PT3 in trial mode you will need to reconnect to your databases via Database > Database Management > New > Browse to Existing Database.

I've always been in trial mode and have only ever had one database.

In that case please enable logging and restart then attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files to a Support ticket along with the hand history file and a screenshot to illustrate.

So you're sure I'm not missing some checkbox that says "take data from all possible hand histories" rather than "take data from current table/session?"

EDIT: Restarting the tracker now makes this only an issue for my stats on the HUD, which may be intentional... but nonetheless, where would I change this were I so inclined?

i need a custom stat like "4b Preflop percentage when Hero open raised". seems like it is not built in by default. can you please help me?

i found in PT3 repository ('Get More' section from your site) a stat built by stevi3p named 4Bet after being first to raise. please take a look and tell me if it is implemented correctly and is it what i'm looking for.

another question: is Fold to 4Bet after 3betting implemented by the same stevi3p equivalent with the built in '3Bet Preflop And Fold To 4Bet' ?
