I'd like to but I'm not sure there is one in the Macintosh version. It is importing HH fine but the "full tilt configuration" tab says "full tilt does not seem to be installed" and there doesn't seem to be an "enable Rush HUD" checkbox. When I click on "autodetect" it says "full tilt does not seem to be installed" , when I manually select the "fulltilt" folder above the one FullTilt creates automatically named with my <fulltilt_handle> I get an endless loop of questions about being exactly like the poker client definition. Well... the poker client defines the handhistory file as the one above my <fulltilt_handle> named folder where the hand histories actually go.

jeezuz... is this fixable ???? any company help here ?

Google indicates a history of PT3 HUD problems working on FullTilt for at least 2 years. I'm having this problem as a new user in Dec.2010 and am going to be more than disappointed if the company hasn't fixed a known issue in two years while continuing to sell their product as if it worked with the #2 biggest poker site.

Please don't suggest I log an error support ticket because you've known about this for 2 years! If your stuff still does NOT work as advertised after 2 years I think you should consider refunding the purchase price of any Mac customer who can prove they are also FullTilt players.

Of course an easy work around would be best ... got one ?

You can see your expected value on any graph in PT3 that displays results for hands played by checking the "Expected Value" checkbox. If you wish to see the data in reports, you can add the Equity stats to any report which displays data about individual hands by clicking the wrench icon at the top right of the report and double clicking the stat you want from the left.

Expected value stats for groups of hands or overall sessions are not currently available.

I do not know what pages you were looking at on Google - our HUD works at FTP and has worked at FTP for the vast majority of the last 2.5 years. The only times it has not worked was directly after a major change at Full Tilt, with a few minor exceptions - the Rush Hud does not work on PT3: Mac - this is a known issue due to the OS X security policy and while we would like to bring the Rush Hud to Mac, since we cannot do it in the same way we did it on the PC, we do not have an estimated time for this feature at this point in time.

The reason we often ask for support tickets is because when you include a log file in your ticket we can see all of your settings, what version you are running, the specifications on your system, and a host of other things that could indicate problems.

Assuming you are using a PC, the Enable Rush HUD box is available on the Full Tilt Configuration tab - in the Auto Import tab, click Full Tilt on the left, and then Full Tilt Configuration on the right. The checkbox is there.

You do need to be using Eastern Time (ET) at the moment on Full Tilt - we will be supporting their multiple time zones in the next Beta release, which we expect soon, but I do not have a firm release date for it at this point.

there have been two FullTilt updates recently, please check to see if your stuff still works. nice admission about the Rush HUD NOT working (very clear).

I have used ET from the beginning. That's not it. No HUD on any FT table. PT3 imports hands from FT but insists "fulltilt does not seem to be installed" ... please re-read the original posts describing the problem about folder selection.

The HUD does not work for Rush tables on Mac due to MacOS security, as Kraada explained. The HUD works fine for normal tables at Full Tilt on Mac - I just tested it now.
If it's not working for you please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD which has solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem if it doesn't help.

Can anyone help me?? Today poker tracker must of missed some of my games because the 1st place column + the 2nd place column does not add up to the amount of games I have played today(I play HUSNGS). How do I fix this, and how do I find the games it missed, thanks.

I reinstalled FullTilt client and PT3 seems satisfied now ... all is well.

im really puzzled.

i played a regular RUSH tourny today and the hud worked fine.

the hud worked fine for everything EXCEPT a miniFTOPS event RUSH TOURNY.

any idea why? and if others are experiencing the same problems?

You can do a Manual Import of the hand history files (from the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder) and that will import any hands that are there. If there is nothing more to import then you will need to request the hand history files from your poker site.


IIRC that tournament type isn't specified as Rush in the table window (or hand history?) so PT3 doesn't know that it is a Rush tourney.

So the problem was on your end and not with PT3. Looks like google got it wrong.

the google hits I read must have been related to temporary issues caused by FullTilt updates as noted above ... so ya... PT3 is awesome and I'm a hothead, sorry.

It takes a big person to admit when they are wrong publicly.

I searched the thread but the most recent thing was a post on 10/5 on this. Does the Poker Tracker HUD work on Bodog? The reason that I ask is that Bodog seems to have had a software update. It's not working on Hold Em Manager AFAIK.

I haven't had any reports of it not working at this point in time, and if it was totally broken I would suspect someone would have mentioned it by now.

The HUD is working at Bodog, I just tested it.
Please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD.
For Bodog you should check the Firewall Guide too, as some firewalls can prevent our handgrabber working unless you explicitly allow PT3 access.

the company rep made that clear above ... which was a disappointment but not enough to get a new laptop for - guess I'll live with it or quit playing Rush.

I am using HUD for 6max, the labels are in the places I saved them, but they are all two names to the right. So, if I am physically sitting in the BB, my specific label is by the player on the button. Anyway to rotate it?

Please read the Tutorial: Preferred Seating - the Troubleshooting section should help even if you're not actually using preferred seating.
In particular, you may need to enable theAdjust Qualifying Tables Limits option on the Auto Import tab.

For PT3, is there a way to check how many ours you played for HUSNGs. I can check for cash, but I can't for Tournaments.

For my graph, it says I won 40,000 chips, but I was expected to win 60,000 chips(this is all filtered for $220s), how many buy-ins under EV am I over this period. Would 12.67 be the correct answer(60k-40k=20k/1500(starting stack)=13.33-rake(.05x1500x13.33=1000/1500=.67)=12.67BI. Is this correct, if not, what am I doing wrong??

I use HEM right now but have nothing but problems for months and months on end. Refusing to import certain data mostly from FTP. Trouble with getting Rush HUD to work. Had TONS of support from them but no fixes, it just gets reptitively boring and is a big waste of time and money imo. Thinking of switching to this software but am I just gonna face the same bullshyt here?
