That particular one can go either place. Stats are filed into four categories per game type - hand, player statistics, session (or tournament), sessions (or tournaments) - all player statistics stats can go in the HUD. Each stat can go in any report of the same type. For more on custom statistics and reports please see the Tutorial: Using Custom Reports and Statistics.

What happen to ongame's preferred seat? It's not working anymore any fix on this? I really love sitting all mid bottom on all my tables.

I didn't think that OnGame had preferred seating. I know that you can move seat once you're at the table, but in that case there is no way for PT3 to know which seat you have chosen so that isn't supported.

If this is an option the OnGame have just added can you please tell us how you configure it, as I can't see it?

What e-mail are you expecting from the PT3 website?

I'm currently stuck with a poor connection (mostly GPRS). Often when I start PT3 it isn't able to connect to the license server. It then asks me if I want to continue in trial mode. In the dialogue that follows I'm able to enter my registration key, and it is usually accepted.

I know you can't fix my connection. I just wanted to make sure I will not run into trouble using the key too often.

But today my HUD has been working fine.

ok... I gotta get this sorted out.

I just busted from a tournament ITM, and as soon as I busted the table closed. It did not save the position or register the $ won.

I did not have my table ninja open...

I am requesting the tournament summary from PS, but last time I did this it would not import...

In that case you'll need to contact PokerStars support - if the information isn't written then there is nothing for PT3 to import.

Emailed summaries should import fine - you can either import directly from the email (see Manual Import) or copy & paste the text of the email to a plain text document (e.g. use Notepad). If you save it to a file make sure that you don't have any additional formatting such as extra line breaks which email applications can sometimes introduce.

Hi - Why do you guys use PT3 over HEM? Are there any advantages (or disadvantages) that PT3 has over HEM or vice versa? Which software is better if you're playing nlhe 6m?

What can PT3 do that HEM can't do (vice versa)?

I was just informed by Lock Poker support that their client supports PT3. Is this true? I thought PT3 didn't support the Merge network.

I was going to buy a PC to run HEM...if a HUD will work on PT3 that would be excellent news!

couple of things..

the hh review for plo hands is still messed up. I sent a ticket, you guys said you'd fixed it but it isnt, im using 3.08

while im playing theres an option to mark a hand for review later, where do I go to see these marked hands?

I import my hand histories manually from a file and have "vacuum on completion" checked as well as "analyze on completion". Is that overkill or OK to do after every session? What about "update cache" ? How often should that get done?

that's merge, right? my merge HUD isn't working and it's driving me nuts. bought pt3 today hoping to play a session but have spent hours trying to figure out wtf is wrong.
