(1) Your computer must have written the first 300 hands to disk before your C drive finished filling - if PT3 says they are duplicates, it means those hands have already been imported previously, so you should have all 750 hands now.
(2) If you go to the Sessions tab you can double click a session to filter to it. Then if you go to the General tab you can see your stats for the filtered hands in the bottom report (Player Statistics). You can add any HUD stat you want to that report by clicking and using the "Configure This Report" icon at the top right of that report - it looks like a little wrench.

It sounds like you may have configured the popups to display on table for everyone. Please see the
Tutorial: Managing Hud Groups for an explanation on how to configure your HUD groups - you want to set the groups back to for popup use only and relink them. If you want to go back to the complete default though you can just click Options --> Replace Current Profile With Default in the Configure --> Configure HUD window and PT3 will return everything to the default configuration.
