Please attach the original hand history file to a Support ticket and tell us the hand number so that we can investigate.
Thanks

The last 1500 from each player, but if the same player is in more than one database I think you get [up to] 1500 from each database.

When I've seen this reported before (rarely, but a few times) the hands haven't been in the hand history file. In that case there is nothing for PT3 to import.

If you're getting errors reported during the import, please compress and attach the GameHistory.dat file to a Support ticket so that we can investigate.

Do you play a lot of tables?
Is your system new and fast, or older and slower?
It seems that hands can be missed on older slower systems, especially if a lot of tables are active, due to issues with the MicroGaming software when PT3 is accessing the hand history file. In that case, make sure you clear the database file after each session - if you keep it smaller it should ease the problem.

I found a glitch in the PT3 graphing system.

If you're multiway, and one player is all-in preflop, then you fold on the flop, PT3 still calculates your AIEV against player one.

You can save hands for reviewusing PT3. How do you call them up for review?
10-18-2010 , 10:25 AM
Hello there,

another PT3 question: How do I program own stats? In particular, I'd like to have an option to see my graph of winnings/loosings WITHOUT the rake subtracted (i.e., just as if there were no rake). It's nice to know how one beats the game, and also when you compare differents stakes/sites, where rake differs.

Thanks, Esox.

Please attach a few hands with this setup to a support ticket and we'll get this fixed.

There are a couple of ways. In any report in PT3 that shows a list of hands (e.g. on the Hands tab or Sessions tab or Tournaments -> Tournaments tab), the play icon at the bottom right of the report (looks like a small blue triangle) will bring up the replayer with any hands listed in the report, in the order they are listed.

For any individual hand in a report listing individual hands, if you double click it, it will bring up a more detail window on that hand, which you can then click a Replay Hand button, or read the hand text, whichever you prefer.

FT rake stat for Omaha, please.

And make rakeback a standard PT stat for the big sites and not this import crap? It can't be that hard.

You can convert the FT RB stats from Holdem to Omaha by clicking Configure --> Configure Stats, choosing Holdem Cash Player Statistics in Sections, going to the Stats tab, clicking on the stat there, choosing Omaha Cash Player Statistics and clicking the Convert button.

I'll see what I can do about getting this stat built in, but one issue is that different people do have different rakeback rates, and if it was locked in at 27% that wouldn't be editable.

IMO, you should have RB stats for each of the big sites built in and label them appropriately. So the above stat would be "FT Rakeback" or whatever and you would have stats for "Cake Rakeback", "Absolute/UB/Cereus Rakeback", "Merge Rakeback", etc. I'm less sure about the Euro sites being standardized so you all would have to figure out how best to handle that. I'm confident in your abilities though.

(But thanks for the conversion advice...)

Great and TY. How do I generate a report?

For marked hands see the Tutorial: Marking Hands for Review.

I think Kraada was referring to any built-in report.

For information on custom reports in general see the Tutorial: Custom Reports and Statistics.

I am using 3.07.5 beta on a mac and with PokerStars.
I don't know if I disrupted the HUD settings, but the display of finished hands stopped. Previously it was displaying finished hands fine. I have tried searching through the settings, but everything looks normal.
What did I probably do wrong?

On the Configure --> Configure Hud --> Hud Options tab, you want to make sure that "Show Mucked Cards" is enabled, and that should fix it for you (and you can change the length of time it displays for there as well).

Thanks, But I've actually already done those. I even tried unchecking and rechecking them.
It is still not showing up...

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, and reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

Mucked and board cards do not work on Mac in v3.07.5 Beta but this is fixed for the next release, which shouldn't be too far away now.

Sorry, hate to bump, but afraid my question gets lost... Any answers to this? Thanks.

Esox,

First you'll need to create this statistic. You won't need to build any columns, just create a new statistic in the Player Statistics section of the game you play that has the value expression amt_won + amt_rake. Fill in the Format tab appropriately and give it whatever name you like.

You need to be using our latest beta version - in that version on the Graphs tab you can click Configure next to Show Session Statistics. Check the "Sum Results" box, and then locate and double click your new stat to add it to the graph. Check the "Show Session Statistics" box, and there you go.

Thanks!

It appears that won't be necessary - but thanks for the offer.

This is the first I've heard about this issue - could you please report this problem and make sure to include a few hand histories that cause it? That would help us significantly in getting this fixed.
