You can download and install PT3 again on your new computer (you can run it on two computers that you own). You can
Backup PT3 from your old computer, copy the backup file to your new computer and then restore it (see the same tutorial).

That option will only use the last X hands from each player when displaying HUD stats.
Please be aware that this will adversely affect performance because it prevents use of the cache. If you have a large database and/or play a lot of tables this may cause a lot of "lag" in your stats.

That sounds like you previously had the 64-bit version of PostgreSQL and now you don't - kraada will be on later and he'll be able to help you as he knows more about PostgreSQL setup than I do.
