I used a free trial and I then bought PT3. I go to register it and I get a message saying Invalid code. Any help?

You can check your registration code via My Account > Registration Codes. Make sure you enter the registration code, not the confirmation code.

If you still can't get your code to work please report your problem with details of your purchase and we'll get you sorted out.

Is PT3 supporting Rush on FTP (i am using Mac version)?

also, on mac I can't move the HUD. Wrote to support, they could not help. WHat should I do? Could it be because I am using trial version?

Updating cache for the first time and it has been running over 2 hours. Approx. 150K HHs. Is this normal?

PT3 cannot show the HUD for Rush tables on Mac due to the MacOS security - it prevents it doing what it needs to do.
Your hands should be imported, though.

Did you "Update Cache" or "Rebuild Cache"?
For full updates, or when the cache doesn't exist, "Rebuild" is faster. Once the cache has been updated you can use "Update" to just add any manually imported hands or new stats to the cache rather than recreating it from scratch.
Update cache might take that long - I wouldn't expect Rebuild Cache to take that long for that size of database.

Yes - use the Filters window > Actions > Preflop > Raise All-In.

I'm looking into finally buying PT3, but I'm noticing there are different packages. My range is the micro stakes, but what do I lose by not purchasing the full version?

Is there any reason someone that won't be playing above 10/25nl and over $11 tournys anytime soon, would need anything but the micro version?

AFAIK, they're the same, just restrictive in what limits they'll work with. So get the micros version and upgrade when you get to the higher limits and need it.

Leroy is correct - all that is restricted in the MicroStakes version is the hands you can import.
Should you move up in stakes you can upgrade to the full version at that time.

WR, are you here only for questions with using PT3? I paid for my PT3 2 days ago and still can not use it. I do not want to play without a HUD. They just sent me the same registration code. Very frustrating. But if this is not the place to seek help I will quit posting in here.

thanks for the response. I guess complaining about the cache update worked, because it finished within 10 minutes of my post lol.

anyway, i've been having huge problems with my pt3 over the last couple of days. whenever i try to start it, it doesnt start up. i get the logo in the middle of my screen and it just stays there and stays there until my computer freezes up. please advise.

Why can't you use it - what is wrong?
If you have a support ticket open please follow up there - that's the best way to get things sorted out.

Please reboot your computer and re-run the v3.06.2 installer.
If you have the same thing after that please report your problem so that we can investigate.

Have a problem with my HUD not launching. Ive been playing 5NL for past 10 days or so with no problems, when i open up 10NL tables, no HUD appears. Ive checked and it still shows up at 5NL tables. Any Idea what my problem is? Im on the free trial version

I'm getting Housekeeping errors every time I do it. Even reindexing, etc.

"Unable to execute query: CREATE TABLE holdem_cache (id_player integer NOT NULL, id limit integer NOT NULL, etc. etc. etc."

This something you all know about or log it, support ticket, yada yada?

Think I got it fixed... seemed to be a problem with custom stats.

Anyways, it seems like I saw somewhere Merge support was upcoming. Any ideas as to when?

That's good.
Merge support will be in the next release but I don't have a date for this. I don't think it is too far away now, though.
