If you just want the data combined in the HUD, you can select both databases on the Configure --> Configure HUD --> Hud Options tab. If you want to run reports on them both, you'll need to export the hands from one database and import them in the other.

Unfortunately it isn't, but if you create a separate Profile for playing more tables you could switch to a different profile which has smaller font/is more streamlined/whatever you prefer.

It sounds like you don't have things configured properly - please run through the Setup Wizard and make sure that the hand history directory is set properly. That should then archive all of the processed files - you want to use the auto import while playing which should only grab new hands.

If that doesn't get things working for you, please report your problem and we'll investigate further for you.

You will need to export the hands from one and import them to the other.

Not automatically - you would need to create a new profile and set that to be used on each table, or set it on the first table and set it to be default for table type (then when you play another session with less tables change it back).

I'm not sure exactly what you mean? When you import new hands you need to click Refresh to see them in the reports.
If that doesn't explain it, are you seeing hands reported in the Import Status window but then not in the reports?
Are you auto importing to the active database?

is the PT3 trial for all stakes or just micro ?
03-04-2010 , 09:52 AM
I have recently download PT3 on trial. I only play SNG's & MTT's but my questions mostly regards SNG's.

I thought PT3 would keep the stats of every player i played against, so if i come up against them again (which regularly happens) it would show his stats accumilated over all the hands we have ever played together. Instead everytime i start a SNG the hand count for everyone is zero even if i just played them in the previous SNG. Thus making the stats unreliable for about 100 hands. The 45 seaters don't take much more than 120/130 average, 27's considerably less, so whats the point???

Many thanks

Opponents stats certainly should be lifetime. The only exceptions would be if you used the "Show Stats From Current Blind Level Only" checkbox on the Hud Options tab, the player ranges section on the Hud Options tab or the Last X hands section (I'll let you guess where you can find it).

If you don't have either of those set and are still seeing this for certain, please report your problem so that we can investigate further. Your stats are tournament-only, but opponents stats should be lifetime.

Cheers Kraada. Much obliged.

Hello,

I cannot open tables on table tracker for FTP after today's update
03-04-2010 , 06:59 PM
Thanks - I see that too and I've informed the person in charge.

I need to ask another question.

I see that all stats from cash games and MTT's are kept for my reference yet i cannot see anywhere the stats for SNG's?

Am i limited to SharkScope for this information?

Many thanks

SNG hands should be imported just the same as tournament hands.
Or do you mean results? Please read the Tournaments FAQ.

WhiteRider

I do mean results. It shows my winnings, ROI etc for MTT's but not for SNG's. Unless i just can't see it. I mainly play SNG so would be very helpful for me.

I've got this problem after installing latest beta. Mine has been running for about 4 hours now.
Pokertracker and Postgre are using 100% CPU between them.

What site do you play at?
Do you have summary information for your SNGs?
If not and you're playing 'normal' single table SNGs with 9 or 10 players you can use "Auto Fill" (again, see the FAQ).

If you have a large database or slow system/little RAM/full hard disk/etc this is not impossible - please leave it running; if the processes are working then the cache is still being built.

6 hours now. Athlon dual 2.6GHz, 2GB RAM, 4GB database, plenty of disk space.
Should I wait? There is not a great deal of disk activity.

EDIT: I can see it is updating tourney_holdem_cache so I'll leave it overnight.

What are your current plans for adding the Merge Network? A significant number of fish are moving from Cake to Merge on APR 15.

If any of the postgres processes are still doing any work (Task Manager > Processes) then you should definitely leave it running - this will only happen once, and if you stop it you'll need to do it again anyway.

What happens on April 15th?
Betfair and Cryptologic support will be in the next beta, and I suspect that Merge will be next, although I don't have a date for it yet.

I play on Pokerstars, don't think auto fill will be any good as i always play 18's or above. I cannot see any summary information on my SNG results at all.

You should be able to request the missing results from PokerStars via email - see the FAQ.

when are you guys going to make the hud background transparent?
03-08-2010 , 05:42 AM
Soon, I'm told.
I don't have a specific date for you but I'm expecting it within the next couple of Betas.

Does anyone else see this annoying problem? I'll grind it out on Rush for a few hours, and then import the hands into PT.

When I do so- the imported hands show up as several different sessions, 4 or 5 to a table (I'm multi-tabling Rush here).
