Hey all,

Just downloaded the free trial and imported my hand history from full tilt. My question is how do I get the stats up on my table? Probably a dumb question, but first real software I have attempted to use. Any help would be great.

When you have configured Auto Import correctly (see the Full Tilt Configuration Guide in the Documentation - there are HUD guides too) just start the Auto Import and start playing. The HUD will appear after the first few hands have been imported (depending on the HUD Options).

PT3 licenses are non-transferable once used - and if you have run it to see the HUD on the tables then you have used it.

Hi all, Im having a problem with my pt3, I downloaded the new ftp udate as well as the pt3 update that has ben popping up for awhile now. I double click on the pt3 icon and it doesnt even load now, I'm very lost and not very tech savvy so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Please reboot your computer and re-run the Beta 29.1 Upgrade installer.

Thanks for the help, but after trying the things you have recommended still no luck. When I click on the icon the pt3 emblem just sits in the middle of my computer screen and it says it is running. Any other recommendations?

Well I reported it then proceeded to do some digging around and figured out that it seemed to be a problem with my postgreSQL or something. Well I fixed it, works now, only one little problem lol. All 120,000 hands are gone, I donno what I did but it wiped out the database, fml. Is there any way to retrieve my old hh? Thanks Again in advance.

White Rider, I went to the config and deleted all all the refresh rate numbers that were there previously and typed in my own (Min 0 Max 5 refresh every 1) I played about 150 or so hands to see if it would update every few hands by itself and it did not. I haven't had it for long and havent played much since I've had it so it's not like I have to many hands on ppl where it would take a longer time to refresh. It will show the stats for every hand I played but say (1) for everyone else at the table unless I hit Apply in the HUD Options. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe there's a box I don't have checked, that should be? Should I have the "Performance Options" box checked? If you could, please let me know how to solve this problem, I'm not tech savvy at all, so I'd appreciate it a lot, Thank you.

Are you still using the same database, or did you create a new one?
If you're using the same DB make sure you have no filters set - click Clear.
If you're using a new DB you can re-connect to the old one using Database > Database Management > New > Browse to Existing Database.


Make sure you don't have any "gaps" in your Refresh Rates - you can't just have one range from 0 to 5 (when you have 6 hands then it would never update).

So would you suggest that I keep it at like, 0 25 5? I don't understand what you mean by "gaps", I'm really new to the software and I haven't had anyone show me anything, so I'm not sure what everything means yet, Anyway's I'll try the 0 25 5 and see how it works, I dont mean to be a pain in your side, just trying to get this up and running. What WhiteRider meant was if you had the following ranges:
0 25 5
30 100 10

Anytime you had a player with 26, 27, 28 or 29 hands you'd have a problem as he would fall through the cracks and not get refreshed.

Kraada, Thanks alot. Do you think you can give me some suggestion's as to what I should have for my refresh rate's then? I have it at 0 5 5-0 25 5-0 50 5-0 100 5-0 150 5 now. Do you think having 5 different setting's will solve this for me?

With the ranges you have anybody over 150 hands won't get updated - that's not very many hands and you definitely want updates past that.

I use:
0 - 25, 1
25 - 50, 2
50 - 100, 4
100 - 200, 5
200 - 500, 10
500 - 100000, 25

If I have 100,000 hands on someone, data from one session is going to be pretty meaningless.

Kraada, I have punched those numbers in and also had a friend check out my refresh rates by way of sharedview, and he said everything should be right. I havent had a chance to play lately but I'll test it out soon. I also think my problem was that I had the last number at "0" wich would never refresh it lol. anyways thanks alot for your help bud, and gl to you!

Is there any way I can check all of the 'notes for hand's that I have in my tracker? Something in filters? Or do I have to go and find each one...

The Tutorial: Marking Hands for Review explains this - marked hands are just hands with notes added so the same things apply.

Is there a report for this? I cant find one...

If you go to the tutorial WhiteRider linked, it will explain how to build the report you want (it's not very complicated).

Hello again, my recent Trial Version of PT3 has run out(bad timing) and I wanted to know if there was any deal's on any affiliate site's where I could sign up for a new poker site and receive a free PT3?
