Please have him check the Boss Configuration Guide to make sure everything is configured right and that nothing got changed.

I play 9man turbos and 6man turbos on PS.
I just downloaded the free trial of Poker Tracker.

Can someone direct me to where I can find what stats I should have on my hud and what they mean? Specifically for sitngos if possible.

This is killing me. I've downloaded holdem manager trial, poker ace, poker tracker and a few others and I can't get any of them to work. Can someone PLEASE give me a step by step tutorial on how to get this stuff working and tracking my stats/displaying a hud? Thanks.

Like I've downloaded and installed them no problems, I just have no idea to actually command them to track my stuff/display the hud. I'm so tired of fishing around for the answer I just gotta ask.

Couple of dumb questions. I've never used a hud before but recently just purchased pahud to try it out, however I already have pt3 and did not realize pt3 already has a built in hud. It's only $25 but since they always offer discounts on upgrading would I be able to get a refund for that since apparently pt3 already has a hud and i guess I just bough something unnecessary?

Despite all that, I can't figure out how to get either pahud or my pt3 hud to work, when I open pahud it's just the white page with the row of stats at the top, I get on tables and start playing and no stats come up and nothing comes on the white page. As far as pt3 hud I don't even know how to get it to work, can someone please help. I play on full tilt and stars if it matters. And I've checked the pt3 website on pahud and followed the steps and i'm not getting anything. As far as the pt3 Hud I don't even see a section that addresses only that

Please create a Support ticket and explain the situation, with details of your purchases - as long as you're logged in to our forum with the same details you used to purchase then we should be able to find you and sort out a refund.

PAHud does not work with PT3, but the built in HUD should appear on the tables once you are auto importing hands successfully.

If you still can't get it working submit a Bug Report and we'll check your configuration and get you sorted.

Is there a way to make the hud scale to the size of the table?

The HUD groups will reposition to remain in the same relative positions on the table, but the font will not scale - it would quickly become unreadable as you make the table smaller.
The best thing to do is design the HUD at the smallest size you play regularly, then when you make the table bigger you won't have problems, but if you do it the other way round the HUD will 'flood' the table as you make it smaller.
Alternatively you can have separate Profiles for large and small tables.

The PT3 Icon is visible when I play on Stars but not when I play on FT even though I am using the same Hud configuration on both (Cash-Default). Anyone have a solution to this please?

Please make sure that you have Full Tilt set to save hand histories and PT3 has the correct directory set on the Full Tilt Configuration tab. See the Full Tilt Configuration Guide for more details.

The stats show up ok and the hands are saved ok...its just the PT icon that is missing so I cant save layouts etc.

Try rebooting then re-running the Build 5.2 upgrade installer.
If that doesn't help try this:
Close PT3 down.
Rename the file:
C:\Program Files\pokertracker 3\data\layouts.pt3
..to layouts.bad
Start PT3 up again and see if that helps.

Hmm...there was already a file "layout.pt3.backup" so I deleted layout.pt3, renamed the backup file to layout.pt3 and the icon came back. Very odd but all is good Thanks for your help.

I was playing 8 tables at PS yesterday and the HUD would only show up on some of them (maybe 6 of the 8). Starting and stopping the HUD didn't do anything - only switched some of the tables the HUD was showing up on (showed up where it hadn't, but didn't show up where it had shown before the stop/start).

Any ideas?

Restart your computer, then start PT3 with the logging enabled link and play until you experience this again and then submit a bug report for this issue so that we can investigate the cause of the problem further.

I'm currently about a week into the PT3 trial, and had no issues installing and configuring it. It's been working fine until tonight, when I can see it is importing the hands, but the HUD is not functioning. I play on Stars and there was an update I downloaded prior to playing, is it possible there is another update necessary for PT3?

Hello, I have a problem with poker tracker 3 on Vista, it is importing some hands from poker stars, and than stops it by itself, and i can't catch where is a problem. Maybe someone could help me?
P.S. PT3 don't show any errors.

Yes - that's just the highest limits that are supported.

The HUD is still working for me in the new Stars software.
Please check the PT3 HUD FAQ and if you are using Vista make sure it is still set to run as Administrator - sometimes an update can make it forget.
If you still have problems please submit a Bug Report.

You probably don't have something configured correctly to import your played hands - you're probably only getting the 30 observed hands we're allowed to import.

I play NL20 FR - and about to move up to NL50 FR

I have just downloaded the trial version of PT3 - and it's a great toy and tool, which offers a wide variety of options, BUT also demands knowledge and structure :-) This leaves me with a few questions, which I hope you guys can help me with:

- Which stats are the most important at the table (HUD) - Cashgame FR NL20 to NL50?
- Which stats do you normally use, when you analyze your game after a
session when playing FR
- Which levels should I go after? Fx. VP and PreflopRaise?
