Can you recreate this Firefox/Safari/IE issue consistently? Last I heard this error was intermittent and we have not been able to personally reproduce it.

I don't understand. Are the memory scanner and the import of 30 observed hands mutually exclusive features?

I just opened PAHUD and eight tables on stars. The stats were up in five seconds. I would much rather have the stats from by DB instantly appear than have the ability to mine 30 hands.

Have you tried the various performance levels? If stats aren't updating, that means your PostgreSQL queries are slow. There are a few steps you can take to improve this:

1. Cluster, vacuum and analyze your databases.
2. Defrag your hard drive.
3. Update the cache on your databases.

Sometimes, after housekeeping, PostgreSQL can act up, causing excessive CPU usage. This can be fixed by stopping and restarting the PostgreSQL service, or rebooting your computer.

I just got a copy of paralells. If I use PT3 like that will there be HUD display? Does anyone here operate it this way, reviews?

The HUD will only display while running PT3 in parallels if your poker client is also running in parallels. If the poker client is running outside of Parallels the HUD won't display.

This is a tournament hud request that I think would be popular. In the the tournament hud I would like to be able to display how many “Tournaments” I have played against each opponent and their “ITM %”. Heck even “Net Won” (not tournament chips won) and “ROI”. This would be like having a personal sharkscope of your opponents.

You should be able to do this fairly easily in the PT3 HUD; just make a custom stat in the Holdem Tournament Player Statistics for ROI (there's already one in Holdem Tournament Tournaments I think) and then add it to the HUD.

I'm not at home right now, plus I've never made a custom stat. But can I make a custom stat in the Holdem Tournament Player Statistics for anything listed in Holdem Tournament General? Tournaments, Net Won, ROI and ITM are all listed there. And I'm talking about being able to view these stats in HUD for my opponents not my stats.

Anyone else having problems getting working registration code from PT3 support?

I bought this program for $90 and they sent me registration code in e-mail, but it won't work. It just keeps saying "Invalid registration code".

I have been in contact with the support, but nowadays they don't even answer my question. WTF is that? Terrible customer service and after 5 days of waiting, I still haven't gotten my new WORKING registration code.

Your registration code really is valid. That error occurs when your computer cannot access our registration server. Make sure your firewall is turned off and try to register again and it should work.

If it doesn't, PM me your ticket number and I'll make sure it's in the right place.

I been using the poker tracker 3 trial version and the trial session is nearing its end. There are a few things that i would like to know before purchasing a tracker.

1. Does pokertracker 3 support site transfers because preferably i would like to pay through a pokerstars site transfer and if so how would i go about doing this

2. Does pokertracker 3 include some sort of %pre flop 3bet percentage because either im being stupid or i can't see where this statistic is.

3.I heard i get poker ace hud and poker tracker 2 with my purchase. Is this true?
4. Currently when using the trial version i get a message saying you have reached the maximum number of imported hands. Please close pokertracker and reopen in 30 mins or something to that extent. Will this disappear if i buy the full version

Currently debating about whether to get pokertracker 3 of holdem manager(haven't tried it but heard hold em manager is better) and this is basically dependent on whether i can pay through pokerstars site transfer so having these questions answered would be much appreciated.

In response to point 1, I've sent you a PM.

To point 2, yes, 3bet Preflop is the percentage of the time that a person has reraised preflop given the opportunity to do so. You should be able to easily add it to the Player Statistics report on your general tab, or to your HUD.

To Point 3, yes, you do. But be advised that the PT3 HUD is build into PT3. PAHUD does not and will not work with PT3.

To Point 4 it sounds like you inadvertently download PTv2, not PT3. PT3 does not have a hand limit on imports. You can download PT3 from our download page.

No i have got poker tracker v3.00 beta 18. I just thought that it might be something to do with the trial version but evidently not. It only happens occasionally but does get annoying and it seems as if the hud statistics freeze when the message comes up.

I have made the payment and its gone through on pokerstars. Approximately how long will it take for the email to come from pokertracker regarding my registration?

If you created the support ticket as requested you should receive the registration code within 24 hours at the most.

Also, you should upgrade to Build 3 as it's more recent than Beta 18 and has some bugfixes in it.

I dont think Stars would like to know you are doing this. I already voluntarily quit taking stars transfers for my products/services, and I know that I do a lot less business a month than PT3.

The 30 hand maximum is only for observed hands importing, not for played hands; if you're seeing that error while playing it means you've got PokerTracker 3 configured incorrectly. Please see our PokerStars Configuration Guide for more on how to configure PokerStars and PT3 to work together properly.

Also one more thing. I entered the registration code and it says failure to communicate with registration server please try again later. This may be because i am behind a proxy at uni. Is there an alternative to get around this?

Yes, enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled) restart PT3 and then attempt to register. It will still fail, but it'll create a PokerTracker.log file (which may look like a text file named "PokerTracker") located in C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\. Send us that file via the support system and we'll create a license file for you so you don't have to worry about communicating with the registration server.

Sorry if this has been asked before in this immense thread, but can one run Pokertracker 3 with its built in HUD for holdem tables while also running stand alone Poker Ace HUD for omaha tables (using the version 2 Omaha databases). I have vista if that matters.
