I downloaded trial version of PokerTracker 3 and tried import from Party Poker, but it failed...

anyone can send me PM with AUTORATE stats for 6-max and FT tables for PT3?

Try rebooting, redownloading and reinstalling PT3. It looks like something is corrupted.

Can you give me more details? Do they disappear and never reappear? How often does this occur? Does PT3 give you any error messages?

No. PokerStars required that we do this in order to import any observed hands, so we have to abide by their rules.

Are you kidding? You must be. Either that, or you don't know the definition of the word "obsolete". PT3 is a next gen tracker and very competitive in the market, where it currently has a very strong hold. We have lots of very happy users.

i got the icons shown in my playerlist, but i can't get them to show up in the HUD?

should this be possible to work by now?

You need to add the "Player Icon" stat to one of your Hud groups.

i'm sorry but how do i do this? i see my hud groups but there is no option to add or select "player icon"

Open the Hud Configuration. Select your player group from the Groups tab. Move to the Stats tab. In the list on the left, there will be a stat called "Player Icon". Double-click it to add it to your group.

There is no error message that comes up and it doesn't interfere with my play in any way, slow down the program etc... It just seems to fade in and out (mostly out), for what appears like no reason. I know that is not much help. I just started a session identical stakes, and for some reason one of the tables shows my stats and the other two don't.

I'm one of those happy user.

Is this an auto rate bug?

I was in the icon folder editing some of the ar_# images but when I checked the default priority images they didn't match. For example ar_15 is the eagle but the eagle is default priority 14. Some of the ar_'s match the defuat priority and some don't. I'm guessing this is a bug. But if it isn't it would be much easier, for example, to be able to edit ar_3 and know it is default priority 3 you are editing.

same Q as before; shall I do my big import of all my hands now, or wait for the next version. I dont want to have to do it twice. SHould I wait for the next major release? When is that expected?

I edited the autorate rules to the same as I used in PT2 and ran them while playing today.



As you can see AgentNo9 is displaying the bomb icon which according to my rules means they are Ultra Aggressor, but hovering the mouse over the icon gives a description of Bad weak Tight which is the warning triangle icon.

I still import to PT2 as well and I only have 55 hands on this player on both PT2 and PT3. On PT2 he also shows as a bomb icon.

Any idea where things are going wrong?

i did 12 table multitabling on pokerstars last night and tried to test new beta 18. Unfortunately, HUD was still not stable and crushed a few times in a 4 hour session.Some tables didnt even show any stats unless i restarted PT3 over again and again. Guys, its just painful to use PT3 when multitabling on stars.
my PC is xp with 1G memory.

Could you please take a few screenshots so we can see what you are seeing? I think that will be the best way for us to figure out what is going on here.

Please submit the screenshots to our support system and either link to your post in this thread or copy it and paste it in the description and we'll look into it from there.

There's a known issue in Beta 18 where the mouseover tooltip incorrectly displays the name of the item with priority one higher. This will be resolved in the next release.

Could you please enable logging (check Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled then restart PT3) and reproduce one of these crashes and submit the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to our support system? Once we have the logs from the crash we will be able to figure out what caused it and rectify it for a future release.

Should I install the new beta yet?

If you are playing at Party or Pokerstars you'll need Beta 18, but otherwise if you don't have problems with the version you're using then there is no need to update.

I tried searching but it brought me to this thread which is way too long to look through. Im trying to download verision 18, and im making sure pt3 isn't running while i attempt to download. I have also run a virus check, and im cleaner then a nun. Any suggestions would be great.

I would re-download the program and try installing again before doing anything.

Quickly went through that link, not enuf time right now but it will probley be helpful. Thanks. Do you think i should maby delete pt3 (not database lol) and reinstall the whole thing, rather then try to reinstall the update? Probll a stupid question, but when it comes to computers i am stupid.

Redownload the update and install it directly on top of your current installation.

That error implies that the download was corrupted in the downloading process.

When you redownload it you should no longer receive that error and the installation should proceed normally.

PokerStars MTT are still not working. Any time line on this fix?

any chance we can have more than 14 autorate rules? I think with this day in age of poker, players can fall into many more than 14 different categories and even if you can't come up with additional icons, at least let us the end users be able to upload our own icons.
