is poker tracker 3 compatible with bodog , will it show the hud? can it track observe hands?

PT3 is not yet compatible with Bodog but we do intend to add Bodog support. I cannot give a definite ETA for this support at this time, though.

I still cannot get HUD to display stats with stars after the update. It works fine with tilt, but with stars the HH's import and the HUD does not display them on screen. Can anyone offer any help?

My refresh button has stopped working. Anyone else have this problem?

beta 15 worked well for me... beta 16, the hud doesn't work, at all.

i submitted a trouble ticket, but i got no response whatsoever.

It's probably not much comfort, but I'm in a similar position. I cant use the HUD in betas 16 or 17 at all, which is kind of aggravating as that what I mainly use tracking software for! Submitted a ticket, got a "we're looking into it" about 1.5 weeks ago, since then, nothing. Well, ok, these things take time to fix, I can appreciate that. But I also asked for beta 15 back, with no response.

Sigh...

so the supposedly often updated dev. timeline is ~3 weeks old and the beta they're talking about in it is sort of half-already released. That makes sense and heightens expectations.

Have you updated to Beta 17?
If so, are the hands importing OK?
The stars update sometime makes it 'forget' to Run As Administrator, and apparently the hand history folder has been changed too, so make sure that is set up correctly.

So does it not re-draw the reports when you click it?
If this is the case, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system.

Check My Tickets in case you missed an email.
Bear in mind there are a lot of tickets and you won't always get a personal responce if there are a lot of tickets on the same issue.

You can just re-install B15 over the top. If you don't still have the installer, you can re-download it, just change the 17 in the download link for a 15.

I had to get HEM a while back. Now the main selling point of PT3 for me is Table Tracker. Id like to respectfully suggest that you make it possible to trial TT without having to purchase PT3 first. Any way you can make that work?

I'll make the suggestion, but I can't guarantee it will happen. Though I think it might be a good idea as well, so we'll see.

Even if there is some nominal fee like $1 for a one month trial or something so you can keep track of who has had a trial. There must be some way to work it. I cant be the only HEM owner for whom the potential purchase of PT3 would come down to TT. That likely will be the most significant difference between the programs in the long run, right? Thanks for the info. I actually have a couple of his Eye tools already but if TT is done well I would still be interested. One tool for all sites would be nice. As would server side lobby scanning.

you people don't even get the easiest of stats right, do you?

filtered for my play on iPoker. Believe me, when you're running at -15bb/100, you do not have a W$SD of 50. HEM/PT2 seem to agree with me.

In fact, for my play today on iPoker, PT3 reports 171 hands and a W$SD of 53. If I go to the sessions tab and count the times I won a SD, I get 24 won showdowns, but 30 lost ones. 5 apparent chops. So it's wrong either way. One would think that you guys can at least count...

PT3 reports split pots as a win. So in PT3 you have 29 wins (24 + 5) and 30 losses so your W$SD should be 48.3. It's still off but not that much.

That said, it is still incorrect, so if you could please zip these hands up and attach them to a support request and reference your post we will take a look into what is causing this issue so that we can get it resolved in a future release.

That's bull because if you lose due to the rake, you don't have W$SD.

Oh, and frankly, I can't be bothered to send you HHs, start anonymizing them first etc. I guess it has something to do with your IPoker import.

Here's another screenshot that shows what the HUD shows (W$SD is the figure next to 40.0) and those 13 hands (the hands # is the one next to the name in parenthesis) as imported into pt. Note, that WtSD is wrong too (he went to SD 4 times in 13 hands, not 5).

I believe that it only counts as a "won" pot if you won money, but I would have to check that.
PT2 ignores split pots altogether when considering W$SD.

Your hand histories will be treated in confidence if you send them to the Support system. I've done quite a lot of this sort of testing on my own hand histories in the past, although I don't have very many iPoker hands, so something may have been missed, but we can't find this out without hand histories showing the inconsistancies.
If you don't want to send them all, use the filters window to narrow down which hands are showdowns, and which you won, etc.

Geez all you need to do is open the HHs in Notepad, Edit -> Replace, Find what: YourScreenNameHere, Replace with: Hero, Replace All.
