when a table first pops up, there's a bunch of random stats on the table that don't belong to the players sitting down. the right stats appear soon after (probably after the first hand)... but this is annoying for table selection purposes. Is there any fix for this?

I've not had any problems with PT3, except one of the first betas where my(heros) HUD stats would disappear on my Party tables, but that bug(?) was soon fixed. But I had major problems here the other day after installing Beta16. Playing on Stars the HUD would disppear for all players, come back, show my lifetime stats (even though the popup would only show session stats) and then disappear again. Came back here, saw the info about disabling AHK-scripts, I did and have not had any problems since. Since I'm only two tabling it's just laziness that make me use the bet pot script. The one I used was the BetPot-v0.2v_IPOKER_TEST_3-script.

Do you know who the original stats belong to? Do you have PT3 moving processed files after import? If not, PT3 might be importing hands from an old session at that table and showing those stats until a new hand is imported.

Is that the only AHK script you had running?

God it's STILL displaying Hero's stats when not asked to. wtf. My setup is as follows: Windows XP, ~450K hand database, single-site (iPoker), Player nick (which is the one I'm using the HUD for) aliased to two other nicks.

Yeah, I'll send you logs or whatever. But in return, when the bug is fixed, I want a brief description of what was causing it. Cause I just don't see how it's possible. When a call to retrieve stats and draw them is made in the HUD, first thing it should do is check it against the Player name and alias list. They taught you in software school to validate inputs in the method and not before you make the call right?

lol. I just tried out TableTracker for the first time and asked it to show me 2/4, 3/6 and 5/10 on iPoker. It showed me two tables of 5/10 with 6 players each. That didn't seem like many games. However, happily, even though it claimed there were only 6 players on each table, it listed the stats of 13,397 players for each table. I'm not sure how iPoker can manage to deal cards to so many players on one table, but there are sure to be some megafish in there somewhere, so TableTracker is certainly proving its worth.

Edit: I see in the bottom right that it managed to provide me with stats on 223283% of the players on the table. That is a wealth of information.

Happens one tabling, no AHKs running, nothing else running, default layout, tiny and completely housekept database.
Has anyone else come across this problem? Just curious...

I have the same problem

Put in a ticket and got a friendly reply so we'll see what happens.

I've had this problem with Build 2 and Beta 15. I'm working on setting up a new home network and doing the housekeeping/upgrades required for Beta 16. I'll post back here and open a ticket if I still have the same problem.

Hi guys,
I am very new to use Poker Tracker 3. Although I have downloaded and read documantations released on pokertracker home page, unfortunatelly, I did not understand anything. I am trying to set up tracker for Ongaming. Is there anyone who would guide me?
Thanks a lot.

Are you using Beta 16? I saw that over-abundance of information before, but not in B16.

When you select NL limits in TableTracker, you are specifying the Big Blind amount, not the 100xBB buy-in that some sites list. So $1/$2 is $2 NL, not $200 NL.

For the record, since people around these parts might be more interested, I posted the HUD that I use personally and steps on how to recreate the more complicated bits in a How To: Advanced HUD Configuration. All of the files you need to set this up (reasonably) quickly on your system are there, but be forewarned that I did do some fancy maneuvering so you will want to actually read what's going on and decide if it's something you'd actually like to use

Thank uou very much, WhiteRider for your attention.
Where am I stuck?
My problem is that I did not understand anything from those written on documantations.
They are too complicated to me.
If you can guide me, I will be very pleased.

Please submit some of these hand histories to our support system via the Attach File function (make sure the files are < 20 characters long and < 6M in size). The quicker we get some of these hand histories the faster it'll be for us to release a fix.

We appreciate your help and we are aware of this issue.

this is for quick reference, but sending into support as well

WHAT, my HH folder is empty...is this a stars problem?

are people having this occur as well?

(waiting on email from stars support)

I'd imagine PT3 has moved these "processed" files - it can't have ben empty to beigin with, or you'd have no errors
